i Utilise their website on a regular basis - some offers are worth looking at but no so sure points value is equal to the time taken sometimes. Worth giving them a go as I personally enjoy the majority of emails they send through

We went in looking for a gift for my niece and found so many different ideas and best of all great value for money. The girl at the check out was very friendly and made shopping their a pleasure. Nice to have a laugh with someone on a very busy day.

Went in to get some advice about my mobile phone and waited around for nearly fifteen minutes before I was even approached only to be told they couldn't help me as they didn't have stock of the car charger I was looking for. Suggested I try another telstra store elsewhere. Considering I explained that I lived over two hours away couldn't they just see which store held what I needed. The woman looked so peeved that I told her not to worry about it

Went in looking for headphones and speaker for my computer and was approached by a friendly guy straight away - he showed me the range they had on offer and suggested about three that he thought would suit my needs. Best part was they ranged in price so he didn't just offer the most expensive. Excellent customer service - blew me away
