The staff member that served us needed a medal in patience - between the four of us I think we took nearly ten minutes to place a final order. He managed to retain a genuine smile and even had a laugh with us - great service, cause I know I was getting annoyed and he helped me keep my cool. The food arrived very quickly and we got pretty good value for two adults and two kids

I recently ordered three Harry Potter Books for my son. I was very impressed with the service as two of the books were not available straight away but they kept me informed on progress and was very pleased when I received a phone call asking if I would be willing to accept a hardcover version of one of the books at the same price as the paperback I had ordered. Nothing like value for money.

What an easy and convenient way to shop for pharmaceutical and personal product on line. Their range is extensive and they constantly have specials on everyday requirements like toothpaste. I have used this business for over two years now and have found the pricing to be very competitive and delivery is always spot on. When I have needed assistance the help line staff have been great to deal with. I normally do a big order every couple of months. Excellent for people in rural areas with limited choice in their own towns

I went to pick up script and was horrified when the young girl serving me just suddenly took off saying sorry to go and greet a friend that had just walked into the store. I had already been waiting for my script for ten minutes. Totally disrespectful behaviour and if I hadn't needed the script would have gone elsewhere to conduct my business. Hoping this won't happen again and the store reviews their staff performance. Aside from that store was neat and tidy and another staff member stepped in and took over the sale apologising for the inconvenience.

What a great place to shop - such a huge range of products. Went specifically to purchase a rug for my partners daughter for her lounge room. Staff member approached us within five minutes of entering store and directed us to the rug section. There was a range to choose from but we knew we were looking for red shaggy - staff member found us two to choose from and best of all as the one we chose was not priced was marked down, which we found out afterwards saved us $20. Would highly recommend this store.

Has to be one of my favourite shops for value for money. Well worth looking around - they don't always have clothes that I like but stock is updated on a regular basis and I have found some great stuff.

The singing waiter was a real treat - so friendly and funny. The food was superb, had the canneloni and it was one of the best I have ever tasted and their iced coffee is to die for. Lovely relaxed surroundings and was able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

If you want to get great value up to date - cool - clothing for your teens this is definately the place to shop. Picked up two t-shirts and two pairs of boardies for less than $50. Staff were very helpful in offering suggestions that a teenage boy would like and guess what they got it right.

What a dream haven for choc o holics - friendly staff and was given taste samples - yum. Brought gift for my partner and he loved it. Would highly recommend this shop, especially if you truly love chocolate and a great place for gifts
