Recently purchased a made to measure shade sail from here, they were great as we are from the country they were unable to provide us with a free measuring service but the staff asked many questions about where we need the shade sail, the size of the area if needed to cover, what sort of colour tones we had around the home etc etc. They gave us a quote based on the information that we supplied and I am happy to say they stuck to the quoted price even though we didn't decide to purchase until three weeks later

A little bit out of the way but worth the trip if you want a unique design feature for your garden. They had some beautiful water features and glass art as well as tables. The staff were great with suggestions on what would suit our garden area. Definately worth a visit if you are planning something special in your backyard

If you are looking for something a bit different and some of the latest seasons fashions, this is one shop you shouldn't miss. The staff are great - not pushy - and willing to help but also happy for you to browse and make your selection in peace.

Spotted this shop whilst in Scarborough and went in for a look see - bit young and edgy for me but certainly anyone under the age of 35 would be able to find some really unique pieces that would stand out in a crowd. Bit pricey for my taste but you are paying for good quality and some original designs. Would recommend for women looking to add a bit of an edge to their wardrobe

The staff were so friendly and helpful and really made me feel special - even invited my friend to feel free to try on dresses to have a bit of fun. They have a huge range in store with a three tier pricing classification to suit all budgets, silver, platinum and diamond. The staff are real professionals at what they do and it makes for a relaxing day if your just beginning the hustle and bustle of wedding preparations. Have some and find the perfect wedding dress just like I did

My partner needed a new device for his nav man but neither of us were overly sure exactly what we were looking for as we are not that gadget savvy. The salesman was very helpful and even advised us how to go about getting free map downloads for our gps. We found the cable we required thanks to his help and would definately return again the future

I never knew hunting for a new bed would be so hard and after visiting several stores we went into Harvey Norman and were pleasantly surprised by the assistance we received ad also the staff members level of knowledge about the various beds and mattresses. I explained basically what we were looking for and she ended up showing us a selection of suitable beds firstly and then various mattresses. She made our shopping exeperience very enjoyable and will definately return to this store in the future

We were gift shopping, a bit of pre-christmas stuff. We found some great novelty items for stocking fillers in this store. The best thing I think is that they stock items you wouldn't find anywhere else - so if you are looking for something unusual or original its a good shop to start with. There are items for all price ranges which is always great

What an amazing store, hadn't been here for years. Went in looking for some furniture help set my daughters partner up in her new unit. Love the whole room concept idea and we found all that we needed very easily, enjoyed the warehouse pickup system experience. We ended up purchasing a small bookshelf, small kitchen table and two chairs and a tv cabinet for under $500 - talk about value for money. Putting the furniture together was fun too and provided some good laughs.

I was totally out of my comfort zone in this store as I am not a gamer but was looking for a gift for my son. A staff member approached and was extremely helpful in helping me to lacte suitable games. Gave me advice on what games were the latest and their best sellers. Will be happy to re-visit this store as the staff member went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and provided appropriate assistance
