We found out about Express Furniture Removals via Union Shopper and used them for our recent move in north Brisbane.

The removal day coincided with a cyclone in QLD and it was pouring with rain all day. Shane and Pat did an excellent job to move our belongings from one house to another, and never complained once, despite the worst possible weather.

We have used other, larger companies for moving previously, and the service level by Express Furnitire Removals was comparable, but the price difference was considerable - Express Furniture Removals price was unbeatable!

We had an inspection done for a property we wished to purchase. Andrew was very thorough, his communication was great and the property report produced was very comprehensive, enabling us to negotiate a better price with the vendor, as well as giving us a heads-up on what would need our attention in the future. Mexican restaurants in Brisbane are, for the most part, bland chain style restaurants, with boring food, bleargh decor and uninspiring service. We were then very surprised and pleased to find this gem on one of our holidays to the northern coast of NSW.

Excellent Mexican food, a variety of Mexican beers and friendly service in a well decorated restaurant near the beach.

Whilst we don't recommend driving 2.5 hours from Brisbane for Mexican food, if you are in the area, you'd be mad to miss a visit. Bookings recommended.

Feeture Podiatry is a well presented business on the corner of Robinson Rd and Navua Ave. Impeccably clean on the outside an in, and with welcoming and helpful staff.

Fadez and Bladez is a reasonably priced barber shop opposite the Geebung RSL and near the Geebung train station. They do appointments and walk ins, and are generally busy. The cut I had was good, and better than many other places similarly priced.

A simple coffee outlet near the bus stop, this coffee bar offers single origin coffee varieties, as well as some snacking options, like toasties and muffins. The service is friendly, and the coffee is good.

We stopped by one evening to finish off with a chocolate hit, and Max Brenner did not disappoint. I had the dark hot chocolate, and my partner had the milk chocolate hot chocolate. Both were of good quality, although we voted the dark version as being better. The babyccino was disappointing however, too milky, not enough froth.

The service was relatively quick, and the premises clean and inviting.
