I purchased two Iphones advertised as being "new, unused" phones . When the phones arrived both batteries did not hold charge and the on/off button on one didn't work either. The company refused to honour its money back guarantee and said that the phones had been used as demonstrators. They say that a demo phone is the same as being new and unused!
