I dealt with Michael and found he was attentive and showed attention to detail. I was pleased that he would ring me to discuss everything that the mechanics had identified and the prices involved.

The staff seemed to be young, and included a trainee at the register. Although she seemed a bit nervous, she did ok, and she was being trained / assisted by another staff member. Some of the staff had a brief non-work related conversation of which I could hear some of, but they continued with their work tasks at the same time; and what was being said was not of a private nature. Overall, the order was ready within a reasonable time frame; staff were courteous (I dealt with 3); the ability to sit and review the menu (menu flyers available at each table plus the menu board) prior to placing an order were all positive. I'd expected the quality of food to be really good; but the food was actually better than I had expected (grilled cod & medium chips)
