Firstly, I LOVE Versus! It's great to be able to do a wide range of exercises and visually see the changes in my strength and ability. Also, I have found that my competitive side has kicked in not only with the person I'm partnered with, but also with myself! I'm finding that with each session I am more and more determined to better my last round.

The motivation and technical advice given by Andrew and Brad are great, especially before and during the sessions to ensure I ama not only doing my best but also that I'm exercising correctly. I would encourage anyone who is keen to get fit, have fun and see the results up front to sign up for a trial!
