These guys are great! They are always cheaper than the supermarket. Chicken breasts are always under $9 a kilo and sometimes on special for less than that.

They have cheap $2 2 litre juices and sometimes packs of twiggy sticks that would be about $30 from safeway but only $5 from these guys.

Mince is cheap and you can purchase exactly how much you want unlike the supermarkets.

There is also a range of other stuff that I havent tried but I am sure it is well priced.

Another fantastic thing about this place is the ideal location. It has a brilliant fruit shop right next door for you to do your fruit and vegetable shopping (i bought a whole watermelon for $1 once!) and then there is Aldi next door basically too for all your grocery shopping! Perfffffffect place to save money :)

Approximate cost: $4

I have had some financial difficulties lately so have needed to loan money many times recently.

These guys are great, they dont judge, they are fast, smart and reasonable.

They have helped me out when I have really needed it. Also, if you loan $50 for an Ipod then you only pay less than $10 interest which is such a small price to pay for money when you need it, no questions asked.

Approximate cost: $20

I bought a new prepaid mobile phone.

I got my old phone number converted to the new sim card (the old number used to be on a plan)

Two months later I got a bill for $500 because they had accidentally put me on a very expensive plan instead of prepaid.

I fought with Vodafone on the phone and even went to Chadstone but they said I need to call Vodafone Call Centre directly.

I ended up turning my mobile phone off for 8 months and went without a phone because it was too frustrating and so much easier without a phone.

I receieved another bill and decided to call Vodafone oneday. The person I talked to fixed the whole thing for me then and there and swiped the $500 bill so I decided to go with Vodafone again on PREPAID and am still with them now.

It was alright because I had free credit for two months and then got a break from technology for nearly a year but I think its terrible customer service that you go to the shop to buy a product and they will help you buy something but then when you actually need help with the product or if they have made a mistake you have to speak to someone in a call centre and not face to face. I think that is something they really need to work on.

Approximate cost: $150
