I have been here twice now and it is a unique set up, aimed at reducing the amount of people in hospital emergency rooms. You cannot make an appointment. There is a free multi-story car park on site, and you tell the receptionist at the desk you would like to see a doctor. You then wait for the next available doctor. The wait is generally around 45 minutes. It is bulk billed and has a discount pharmacy inside the building. It is open till late, and also has an x ray section and a dental section. The doctors are great, and even though waiting is a little long, it is completely free, and when I go to my normal doctor (who isn't free) he is often running at least half an hour late anyway, so it's really not much different.

I had omnilux treatment here and it was good, except that each time you have your treatment a different person does it, and they all do the treatment differently. For example, one girl I had did almost a mini facial on me before the treatment, and another girl didn't even wash the skin before the treatment and just slapped some cream on afterwards, which left me feeling cheated. It all depends on who you get on the day as to how good the treatment is... it's not uniform. Other than that the staff are friendly, and they have a free creche, which is extremely useful. They can be pricey but offer package deals and special offers via text message once you're a customer.

This place is great. The mechanic used to be at birdwood, and was a trusted mechanic for my family back then, now he has moved to woodside. The price for a service and tune is quite good, they are very thorough and they offer a pick up and drop off service.

The staff here are very friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I don't think they have an after hours service (or if they do, it's hard to find).

I like coming here for coffee and cake before or after a movie. Actually, I usually get a cup of tea, and you get it in this pot/plunger sort of thing - its a bit fancy. Their cakes are really good.

I love getting coffee from these guys, they make it really well, and the service is fantastic. They are fast too, so you have time to squeeze a quick one before a movie.

They have a range of foods but they do very well at pizza, and I always get a gormet one. The coffee is good and the staff are very friendly.

This is a lovely cafe with beautiful coffee and food, and the service is great. It's like a city cafe, so very chic, but in the Adelaide Hills, which is nice. I think this cafe gives Aldgate a sense of style.

It has a nice open fireplace, but the front bar is where the toilets are, and all the locals are there, so we found we couldn't have our wedding there. It's like they've tried to keep the country local front bar and add almost fine dining out the back. It doesn't really work. Good local wines.

Their pizza is ok - good for nights when you don't want to cook. The people that work there are nice and they deliver.
