For several days I could not get my internet usage on either my computer or I phone. I spent nearly an hour on the phone today with Telstra telling them this and at one stage they took over my computer with "logmeon123" and after nearly an hour they said they would transfer me to another department but needed me to write down some information I would be asked for (approximately 16 lines of writing and numbers) and when I was transferred I was told that Telstra was having difficulty with their 24x7 app and that as soon as they had corrected this I would be able to go on line for my account information. You would think in this day and age of technology they could have told me this in the beginning or sent a message to all account members. What a waste of time.

Originally with AGL for 20 years but changed to Aust Power & Gas with no problems. Then AGL bought out Aust Power & Gas and back to problems. With the first Gas & Electric Bills since taking over the problems were so horrendous I had to go to the Ombudsman for them to be fixed which took several weeks as AGL did not contact me as thy were supposed to do. If problems are still ongoing will change to another supplier for peace of mind.

Cameron cuts the back lawn and front and side nature strips regularly every 2-3 weeks. He trims the large trees in the back and front when needed. He trims the lavender shrubs back and front after the flowers have died off. He also checks that the watering system is O.K. and carries out any other jobs in the garden which need attending to. He takes away all the rubbish and leaves everything neat and tidy. He is a very pleasant and helpful guy.

Their fish and chips are the best I have ever eaten anywhere including Melbourne, England, etc. All our friends agree with this after eating them. Highly recommend. Great value also.

Been dining in also takeaway for a long time and the food was always delicious. Last takeaway was disgusting and had to throw the whole meal out. Rang restaurant and asked if they had a new chef and was told yes. Explained the situation and was told they could make another meal. Did not see the point as the same chef would be cooking and told them so. They did not offer anything else. Not happy and will not return again.

I have my grass cut every two weeks and when needed trees trimmed, new plants put in, weeds sprayed and any other things that need attending to. Very reliable and honest.

After being with AGL for gas and electricity for 43 years I rang and asked for a better deal. Was told they could give me 1% extra on gas if I direct debited. I said I could get a better deal elsewhere and was told maybe I should take it. After changing to Aust. Power & Gas I received my final gas bill for 19 days which came to $28.03 then they charged me $68.18 for disconnecting me. I suppose the same will apply to my final electricity bill when it comes in. I am an age pensioner and they are just a money hungry grabbing company.

I shop at Coles at least twice a week and have had trouble getting my bonus points for over a year. Finally went through to Head Office and they got the person in charge for Flybuys on the 131116 number to contact me. Finally 1108 points I was owed were given to me. Was told to contact that person in future if still having problems. Still having the same problems - every time I phone and ask for that person I'm told they are not in. Finally went back to Head POffice today to sort out. This is more trouble than it is worth especially with the amount of phone calls involved and the cost of same.

I was looking to change my private health insurance provider as I was not getting good refunds and also my premium was going up nearly $10. I spoke with iSelect as I have a pre existing health issue and did not know if another company would take me. Not only did they find a provider to take me but their premium was lower than I am paying at the moment and their refunds are much higher. This service is free.

Was shopping in Woolworths when I noticed the five:am organic yoghurt. Never purchased organic before. It comes in several flavours but I only purchased one carton of Coffee Bean. After eating the carton I was so impressed I went back the following day and purchased 6 more. This is the best yoghurt I have ever had and I have tried most of them. Will be going back to try the other flavours. Most yoghurts are either too thin or do not have the different flavours five:am comes in. Highly recommend if you like yoghurt. I am converted now.
