These guys are fantastic!! We have used them a few times now. We used to park at the long term car park. Now we simply book on-line. Saves money and our car is parked undercover (we had hail damage when we parked long term last time). The customer service is excellent. And overall it is quicker and a much nicer experience. We have a young child and they provide a baby or child seat (we ask for this when we book) so we think it is safer than the shuttle in the long term car park

I was surprised how easy it was to use airport parking at Ace. the shuttle service was immediate and personal.
I have recommended this service many times since and will use them again.

Booked with Ace Parking for the very first time. Got a bit lost finding the way and afraid we'd miss our flight. When we called them, Cindy was fantastic, not only did she give us directions, but as soon as we arrived, she had someone at the gate to park our car even though we had not paid for valet parking. The gentleman then drove us straight away to the airport and reassured us that he would get us there in plenty of time, which he did.
On our arrival back in Melbourne, they were already waiting at the airport to drive us to the car park, and our car ready.
We cannot thank them enough especially Sharon and Cindy and the gentleman who drove us to the airport on time.

I am so impressed with the way Ace Airport Parking handled a difficult situation (travelling with an infant). They were amazing and very accommodating to our needs. Everything ran smoothly and helped keep a first time Mum travelling with an infant calm and focused. I would highly recommend the company and will most definitely be using them again. We used ACE to park our car for a week whilst OS in FIJI, self park. Fantastic service, very efficent and organised from booking and transfer to and from airport. It was very important to me to have car seats available as we travelled with a 5yr old and 18mth old booster and forward facing seat are fitted in all vans. Our driver Brian was great very cheerful and gave a good service, very prompt and professional. Thanks will definitely use again, very happy!

I am definetly a happy customer. Cheaper than the airport parking and undercover. I will definetly not be using the airport parking anymore and I will be using ACE Parking.
