Went to Burwood Highway Mowers to buy a line trimmer, was recommended there by my neighbour. I walked away with a new line trimmer, and a pole saw. Was very pleased with the service, and advice I got. This may not be the cheapest place in town, but I think you will get some good, honest advice, and that's what I like.

I went to Ultra Tune Blackburn on 31 May for a 4.5 years manufacturer handbook service for my Honda Civic. I have been going to this place for the last 2 years, and generally it has been good, but not my last visit. I'm not sure if there's been a change of manager, but the costs of servicing is $408 (without any parts change) - aside from oil filter, which they charged $23.99, and air filter for $64.32. They charged $240 for labour, and $16 for oil flush. You can make up your mind on whether this is reasonable or value for money. On top of that, they forgot to stamp my owner manual! I had to make a trip back there to get it stamped.

I used Ace for the first time on 24 April to 27 April. I found the booking service was easy and straightforward. When I got there, I was greeted by a gentlemen who gave me direction on where to park and explained the process to me. We (wife, 2 year old kid and myself) were on the way to the airport in less than 10 mins, and arrived at the airport approximately another 10 mins later. They took into account my 2-year old needed a child seat, which was provided for in the courtesy van. When we got back to Melbourne, I called the number provided and was picked up within 10 mins, got helped with the luggage, and was on my way out no more than 20 mins after we were picked up from the terminal. I saved approximately $100 as compared to taking a taxi, and paid half of what I had to pay for Melbourne Airport long-term parking. Will certainly recommend to others and I will use this service again.

I've been there 3 times - so far I've had very pleasant experience. The dentist did a very thorough job in diagnosing and understanding the current condition of my teeth, worked out a plan to address the immediate issues first. And in all the visits, I never feel he's rushing or trying to make a quick buck. In fact, I had some residual ache after one of the filling, and unfortunately, the pain cropped up on a Sunday. I call the business phone number, left a voicemail and the dentist actually called me back within 2-3 hours, and then made arrangement to see me first thing on Monday morning - at no charge.
