Don't touch them with a barge pole! Apart from the price which is very competitive, we had a nightmare experience with them from the workmen failing to properly put down drop sheets so there was plaster dragged into every room to the fact they wrecked our ceilings. We were exchanging our old evaporative air conditioner for a reverse cycle. We never had one problem with our ceilings during that install. However with air and water they insisted that we sign a form stating they took no responsibility for damage to lath and plaster ceilings before starting. They then made large holes in the ceiling which they either didn't bother to try and repair or they did such a bad job of filling the holes that everyone who has seen them since have been astonished by the poor workmanship. I am told by the W.A Building Commission that they can not
contract out of poor workmanship yet we are still arguing with them now about repair. We are going to take them to the Building Commission, Do yourself a favour- get another company.

Hi Mary and Steve,
I understand that you were made aware of the potential for damage to occur to your lath and plaster ceilings due to their fragile nature at the time of quotation and again at time of installation. That is why we asked for the waiver to be signed. We have installed numerous air conditioners in lath and plaster ceilings without damage occurring. The wrecking of your ceilings amounts to $325 from the quote you got and that included patching a hole in the wall as you wanted the controller relocating. It is a difference of opinion whether that constitutes wrecking your ceilings and justifies witholding over $9,000 in payment for a month until court action was threatened. We look forward to explaining our position to the Building Commission. The $20 for your WOMO review will be deducted from the balance still owing on your account.

Kind regards
Julie

Very pleasant delightful thoroughly professional sales person;gave me best advice and pricing lower than the competitors. Installers excellent as well
I would highly recommend this business.

Hi Harry, Can you contact the office on 6363 5343 so we can confirm who you are. We want to pay your $20 for writing a review but don't want to send it to the wrong person. We have one HarryS from that we installed a ducted reverse cycle for mid March. (Please do not reply to this comment as I am soon flying back to Perth from overseas and won't have access to my emails for a couple of days). Kind regards, Julie

I highly recommend this Company for their professional service and advice re a split aircon. Denis, their sales representative was most courteous and the Tradesmen who installed the Unit were professional and tidied up after them.

We purchased an evaporative system from Air and Water Residential. Out of all the companies that provides us with a quote, they provided us the most detailed quote that allowed us to know exactly what we were purchasing. Once we confirmed our quote, the team at Air and Water provided us with the information we needed to get our system installed. Any questions we had they easily answered and even accommodated our availability when scheduling installation. On the day our system was installed, our installer was very prompt and efficient. He came right on time and explained everything he would be doing. We were very impressed with how clean his work was. We hardly cleaned up after him. In addition, he was very thorough in explaining how to use and maintain the system. We were very pleased with the whole process. We would recommend them for anyone thinking of getting a system installed.

Approximate cost: $4995

Totally friendly professional approach. Larry and the installers Chris & Steve made replacement of our Coolbreeze Air Con an absolute breeze. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Approximate cost: $3700

Hi John,
I am glad you are happy with your replacement Cool Breeze evaporative air conditioning and Air and Water's customer service. We are replacing lots of evaporatives now as many systems are getting close to 20 years old. It's a shame that today's humidity isn't great to try out your new evaporative aircon. It appears there will still be plenty of warm autumn days for you to use your Cool Breeze.
All the best

Excellent service, friendly, helpful and professional staff, flexible enough to allow us to install the grilles at our request.
Electrical wiring looked messy, had to tidy up for my standard, rest of installation is neat and tidy.

Thanks for your testimonial Marco. I will have a chat with our electrician about the messy wiring. Enjoy your Daikin ducted refrigerated aircon - it will get a work out today.
Kind regards,
Julie

I recently installed a ducted aircon in my house and i was worried at the begining about damages to the roof, celings etc when installing an ducted system. I went with air & water due to their resonable price, good reviews and excelant before sale infomation on ducted systems which they gave me for hours in store and over the phone. The staff were so friendly and knew the what they were doing. Installation went smoothly and really no complaints. Did a real good job. Would recoomend to anybody. Keep up the good works guys. Air & Water recently installed an 18kw Daikin reverse cycle system interfaced with an Airstream (izone/isave) control system in my house. They were very easy to deal with & were prompt & professional from the quoting process through to installation. The best thing is that the system works a treat & is a huge improvement on the previous system. I would definitely recommend A & W for any AC work. Thankyou to Don & the team.

Hi Dave, I am glad you are pleased with your new Daikin air conditioning. The upgrade to R1.5 ducting is a good way of further enhancing the performance of your system as you want maximum benefit from your cooled air. As I write so ofern, we love iSave for an easy way to reduce your running costs when you don't need refrigerated air. Sorry about the excess components left in your garage and our driver will be there to pick them up tomorrow. Thanks again,
Julie

I had two split system ACs installed in a new house. The quality of work by the installer was excellent. There was some miscommunication between the installer and the company about the time of installation. As a result, I had to wait several hours for the installer before he turned up. But as the quality of work was so good, I could forget about the inconvenience I had faced earlier in the day. Overall, I am happy with the final product.

Approximate cost: $5400

Hi Rajg, I am glad you are happy with your new wall splits. Sorry that the installer arrived in the afternoon when we had arranged a morning installation. Sometimes the installers can hit a hiccup at the beginning of the day and then that knocks the rest of the day's schedule around. That's why we always ask to allow a day. Despite that they should let us know so we can inform you. Anyhow at least ot was all good in the end. Keep cool this weekend as it is going to be another hot one.
Kind regards
Julie
