I highly recommend Aitken Real Estate as a very professional, courteous and effective team. I was very pleased with the effort put into the sale of my unit by Austin, achieving a very good price in less than 3 weeks. The method of sale by silent tender, rather than auction, was much less costly and viewing by appointment rather than open house suited both me and my tenants.
