Aspen Air are definitely one of the best companies I have dealt with. I very rarely give reviews but I had to in this situation. I needed a replacement ducted central heater for a 35 year old Vulcan CX90 which no longer worked. From my first call to Sharon at Aspen Air, to Chris who came out to assess and quote, to Andy who came to install the unit, everything progressed without a hitch. We live in a period home and Andy was required to cut a new return duct through a chipboard cupboard, then a lathe and plaster inner wall and then through the new plasterboard outer wall which had 5 coats of burgundy coloured paint. Running the risk of divorce with my wife if anything went wrong - Andy completed the job with no damage to the surrounding paint work. Much to my relief.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job in what was ultimately not an easy task replacing an ancient system with new underfloor ducts and 6 star heating - from initial site inspection, to honest advice and recommendations to a friendly and courteous team who were not afraid to get dirty under the house and just got on with it to get the job done. Now we have a warm house with clean, fresh air at the touch of a button. Highly recommended!

I had the Aspen Air boys over yesterday to replace my old system with a new one. They were polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves. It was a rather large job so I appreciate all their efforts. The whole job ran smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to Sharon also for organizing it all.

I rang yesterday afternoon expecting a wait of a week or more. Chris happened to be nearby so dropped in & not only repaired the ducted heater, but also serviced the heater as well as providing a new controller. Briefed me on what the issue was.
To say I was impressed is an understatement! I won't contact anyone else!

Amazing service and good advice. Heater died one day, new heater fully installed the next. Chris and Sharon's team cleaned up and gave clear advice on how to use the heater and who to contact re servicing.
