From the delightful office Manager, Sharon to the brilliant Darrell the installer and the fabulous electrician, Ash, this would be one of the nicest and most professional companies I have ever dealt with. The work was done expertly with ALL old materials and packaging removed. My new Daikin 6kw is a joy. Very quiet and efficient. In the whole experience everything was brilliantly taken care of.

I had an older ducted evaporative cooling and gas heating replaced with a Daikin reverse cycle ducted system. The system works perfectly and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Aspen Air come out to check our ducted heating. Unfortunately it was an old system that needed to be replaced. A few days later we had a new unit and couldn’t be happier with the result. Throughout the process they were professional, honest & delivered quality workmanship. Chris the manager was great to deal with and we’ll definitely use Aspen Air again.

I am very satisfied with expertise and professionalism shown by Chris in dealing with the service request of my central heating system. Chris showed me the poor workmanship the previous installer has done and managed to rectify the issues and got the unit up and running quickly. He also got his team to remove an old system left behind in the roof by the previous installer whihc could have been a safety hazzard.

Chris called out to quote on a replacement central heating unit as our system was some 25 years old. Despite the age of the unit he was able to identify the problem and in turn fixed the unit. Chris will also supply a quote for a replacement unit but stated that whilst the unit was back up and running, the decision at the end of the day was ours. Chris was very professional and very knowledgable about our system. He impresses me as a quality bloke and honest and I would highly recommend him and his company. I was lucky to link up with his company through his website and based on previous reviews. Thanks immensely Chris.

Sitting here enjoying my system installed today! Cannot give high enough praise to Chris, Justin and all the boys for their excellent customer service and speedy installation of my system. Aspen Air installed our central air conditioning about 15 months ago. At the time they provided a very good price and the install went perfectly with the chaps double checking placements of vents and offering suggestions when asked.
Since then we have contacted Chris on two occasions, once due to a power outage in our area on a Friday night. We received immediate assistance which solved the problem. This week Justin responded to a concern which turned out to be “user error“ on using the iPad thermostat. We both appreciate the team at Aspen Air.
A year after a large remodel involving about fifteen or twenty companies, Aspen Air has been the best in customer service - their promptness, courtesy and job completion is outstanding. We unreservedly recommend them.
