Chris was extremely helpful when providing the quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and he didn't try to oversell. My father was very pleased with the job. Chris even cleaned out my father filter on his split system to assist with the heating until the install could be arranged. It was fast and efficient. Would highly recommend Aspen.

He also ensured that the house was neat and tidy after the job and also the made adjustments with the return air grill to accommodate a problem with the ceiling plaster. Would highly recommend these locals lads on doing a fantastic job at replacing our old heater which died during a freezing cold spell. Chris visited our house on a Friday, quoted and the boys arrived and finished by the following Tuesday, would have been done in a day but heavy rain held them up. Removed old heater, installed a Braemar Heater to existing ductwork, new control panel and moved manhole to easier access. Reasonable price, not all pushy, professional, reliable, extremely courteous, even cleaned up. Great guys, great job, definitely worth getting Aspen Air to do the job.

Really fast service! I called at 11 on a tuesday and Chris was able to come out at 1pm same day to give a quote. They got my new heater installed the same week! The heater was installed perfectly, no issues and they took away the old one. The technicians who came out to do the installation were courteous, took off their shoes when they came inside and cleaned up after themselves when they had to remove some plaster to fit the grill for the heater. Wonderful service from start to finish.
