Ceasar is an amazing hairdresser and a really lovely person, too. He spent a lot of time with me analyzing what I wanted, the maintenance I could be bothered with and how short I was comfortable with. He does a stellar head massage, too! All round I had a great experience and have be recommending Ceasar to all my girlfriends.

After moving to Melbourne 18 months ago I have finally found a hairdresser who can cut my very coarse, thick, curly, difficult hair! I went in looking like a woolly sheep and came out looking so glamorous my partner didn't recognise me and my mother walked straight past me at the airport! Ces spent a long time just playing with my hair, twisting it to different lengths and shapes before deciding on a cut. He explained that initially it would be shorter than he would like as he was constrained by the last very bad haircut I was given. It is an easy care funky style that makes me look younger and takes no time at all to do in the morning - just dampen, shake and go. I love it and have never had so many wonderful confidence boosting comments about my new look. Yesterday I went back for my second visit and Ces adjusted the colour slightly as he wasn't happy with the way it had evolved (I still loved how it looked but he is a perfectionist). I walked out feeling just as happy as after the first visit. At last I have found my hairdresser!

Amazing!! After years of searching for a decent hairdresser, I have finally found one. And I wouldn't call him a hairdresser… more a hair doctor! Ceasar has an incredible ability to determine the perfect cut and colour for you based on your skin tone and features. The products he uses are beautiful and non-invasive and make you leave feeling great! On top of all that I learnt a lot from ces about hair in general and all the factors that make it the way it is. The experience was invaluable. I highly recommend getting you hair done with ceasar… im sure you will never go back to a regular salon. I LOVE IT!!

Chez offers an amazing service. He uses great product, is very knowledgable about hair, and knows how to make the most of what to have with your hair. Moreover he is friendly and makes a great coffee while you are pampered.

By far the best hairdresser I have even met. It been a month since my hair cut and I can honestly say the cut has remained perfect if not better.

I have alot of wavy hair which was completely not manageable. It would stick out at odd places and I could never wear my hair down. Ceaser was very patient and explain why my hair was the way it was and showed me how to treat it properly with the right shampoo and conditioner. He doesn't push to sell any products and genuinely cared.
Highly recommended for anyone that like me have very little time in the morning for their hair and are just generally can't be bothered spending too much time in front of the mirror.

I decided to wait some time before giving Cesare a review just to see how my hair grew out... Unfortunately due to forgetfulness that turned out to be a month later than intended. But it's safe to say that it didn't disappoint.

Cesare works on a one-to-one basis only - when I first came in he spent half an hour consulting and discussing the best options for my hair before getting started. Unfortunately, due to years of swim training and using cheap hair products, my hair was in pretty bad shape. He prescribed some products to fix this, and I'm happy to say that after 1-2 months the improvement has been dramatic.

The cut itself is based on your hair type, bone structure, facial features, etc - and as it said before, even months later it doesn't disappoint. Fantastic since due to my hair type, no hairdresser has ever been able to cut it properly! Great customer service too - friendly, doesn't beat around the bush and is willing to go out of his way to accommodate your schedule when he can.

I'll be paying Cesare another visit in the coming weeks... Based on my experience so far I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Ceasar is wonderful, it's rare to find someone who will spend time with you discussing the best options for your hair and actually take an interest. You can tell hair is his passion. I first saw him 6 months ago for a cut and have since been back for colour and products. My hair has never looked or felt better! I'm still receiving compliments, even though my hair has grown out it somehow still looks freshly cut. He has a gift. I also work long hours and he was happy to accommodate.

Best customer service you ever get.. Did my cut a week before and compliments have been pouring ever since..Ces not only does the cut for you but only gives one to one counseling to keep the hair rich and healthy..Very glad to find a right place for my hair.. I would recommend this place to my friends now on...Feel so fresh and very confident...

My wife recommended Cesare a few years ago and I have to admit she was right. I have had no one else touch my hair since. A visit to Cesare is a pleasure and he does great work with the typical male receeding hair line. Always a natural hair cut with minimal maintenance required. Highly recommended!

My sisters and I have our haircut done by Ces for more than 10 years. He was the first to transform my plain long straight hair into a stylish short haircut which I've stayed with ever since. As we are Chinese, it's extremely rare to find a non-Asian hairdresser who understands and could cut our hair. Ces proved that he is who he says the first time he cut my hair. He understood the structure of my hair as well as the bone structure of my face and head to give me just the right haircut. Now I live in Switzerland with my Swiss husband and daughter and once a year we make a trip back to Oz. And we always make sure we can get an appointment with him for he to give my entirely family a haircut when we are there.
