Knotted hoses on the ground are a huge frustration & tripping hazard. We reached out to Delrico as our rear yard landscaping was close to completion. Easy ordering online, even with a custom paint finish (went with Tranquil Retreat). Superb quality product - those brass fittings really are fantastic. It's a pleasure to water the garden with our 2 new Delrico hose reels. Highly recommend avoiding the cheap alternatives and buying these. Thanks to the team at Delrico. 10/10

The communication was very good. Product is very good quality.

Called and asked about repairing an existing reel, they suggested that I return it to then so that they could have a look at it, and when I did so I realised that it had probably had its day, really not worth putting time and money into (we worked out it was at least 10 years old,probably 12). Purchased new replacement, great quality with everything in the box except the electric drill to make the holes. (smile)

Fantastic product. All attachments and small design features are solid and built to last. I did have a panic attack when shortening my leader hose after installation. It was extremely difficult to pull off the end fitting to refit onto the shortened segment, there was a hard plastic crimp with an amazing concertina-like design I have never seen before! Thankfully the crises was averted but it is testament to the quality and thought that went into each element of this product. The only thing I would want to change is having the same wall bracket available for the smaller 14m hose, the 28m hose bracket is sturdier and looks way nicer! It’s okay though, just means I would rather water my front garden than back now. I also like that it is compatible with standard accessories like a favourite sprinkler and no additional adapters were required.

Hey guys, just wanted to share how happy I am with my recent Delrico purchase.
Everything was in the box ready for installation on my wall, including to my surprise a drill bit! Wow, you guys have thought of everything to make it an easy install.
So to everyone out there in cyberspace, if you need a hose reel, the only one you should buy is a Delrico hose reel.

We have had Delrico hose reels for many years, & have just purchased another quality hose reel. It’s worthwhile paying a bit extra for quality, & they are friendly people. Highly recommended.

I have two of Delrico hoses which I have had for years and they keep on keeping on. Recently purchased another and I highly recommend them, in particular the brass fittings which are an upgrade from the older model.

Such a great product. Despite being three times the price of cheap bunnings hose reels, i just installed my second one today. its colour matched to my house, australian made, and comes with quality hose and brass fittings. well worth the investment.
and it works great too !

I recommend Delrico because I found them online, they were Australian, and they were true to their word. Everything pointed toward (reviews that is) a quality product (a hose reel), with prompt free delivery, and cheaper than a lot of other brands.

The previous reviewers were dead right. I ordered on a Monday morning at about 11am, and they (I ordered 2) arrived the next morning, with no extra charges. How good is that?

Not only prompt service, but the hose reels work a treat, and if they last as long as some have said, I will be even happier.
