My year old Delrico hose reel had stopped locking into position when the hose was extended. Delrico repaired the hose reel and delivered it back to me within 2 working days. I mailed it to them on a Thursday morning and received the repaired reel back Monday afternoon! I've had other issues with this reel so can give it only 3 stars for quality.
Thanks for leaving a review jesses. Sorry you had a problem with your reel and we are happy that we have now fixed it. Sometimes even the very best can have a slight hiccup. But theres nothing on our reels that we cant fix/service. After all..." we designed it, we can service it"....

I have been using my Delrico retractable hose for approximately 14years. I have never had a leak or any problems, so perfect. Unfortunately, a large tree fell on it and no more case. Today I purchased a new one. The sales person was very knowledgable and pleasant. I'm sure I will get at least another 14 or more years out of this one. It is sturdy, strong and well made. A great product.

My first Delrico lasted 16 years before the hose split but the mechanism still worked well. Needless to say have just purchased a new one as my two children had bad experiences both with Holman and Pope lasting less than 2 years.

Recently,my 12 year old 20 metre Delrico decided it had done enough work.Contrary to warnings of possible injury,my interest in all things mechanical
prevailed. I was very impressed with the internal componentry,so a DEL 28W is now mounted on the original bracket
