Was given a Delrico Del20-W over 20 years ago and have only just had its first leak. Contacted Delrico for advice on how to fix. Received email next morning on what to do. Now all good. Still retracts with original hose. Only just replaced the inlet hose. Unit has been in the elements since installation, excellent quality. Will get another one when this one stops.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! What a delight to receive my hose reels in quick time, with everything necessary to install and beautifully made and finished. My biggest dilemma was choosing a colour!! Kate was very helpful and I was kept up to date with emails regarding purchase and delivery. From beginning to end this company is exceptional. These days it is becoming increasingly harder to rate a business as a 5/5 as I feel customer service and getting things right the first time has dropped off. I read the reviews for Delrico, which were all very good, so I bought a retractable hose. It was delivered as advised, the product looked exactly as I wanted and it came with absolutely with everything I needed to fix the product to the wall (including a masonary drill bit). Fantastic product, fantastic service and for a person that is time poor, absolutely wrapped everything was done and delivered right first time - no additional effort or follow up from me. I'm going to buy another for the front yard. Thanks Delrico - great work!!!!

I have owned one for three years without any problems. Bought a new one recently - very fast delivery, and with all the parts required to get up and running.
Small suggestion - would be great if it came with an extra set of screws.

I purchased a black retractable hose to replace our clunky one. It works so well I've ordered another. Modern and easy to use . Value for money and great service no delivery cost bonus. Definitely recommend

Excellent quality retractable hose. You pay for quality but quality pays you down the track. There are some rubbish retractable hoses flooding the market but Delrico isn’t one of them. Quality brass fittings match a reliable, efficient and robust winding/ tension system. The casing looks like it might be more solid than others on the market. Very fast delivery and I’ve heard they back their product fully.
