3 x Split-system heat pumps installed (3.5, 5.0 & 9.0 kW Mitsubishi Electric AS series) to replace old expensive gas central heating in a 1920s double brick home. From first contact to finishing the job, these guys were great - Professional, polite and happy to give additional and detailed information when requested. You know those tradies that need to leave rubbish around to "show" they've been there - Well not these guys. All the brick dust was vacuumed up, NO ELECTRICAL CABLE WASTE left in ceiling (b/c client won't look there!). I was go going to get 3 quotes but couldn't find any competition that clearly and up-front offered an on-site "measure and quote" option - ie, send someone out to see what units would best suit and where they might best be placed and how much the WHOLE process would cost. Plenty of others who will quote on the price of units but the cost to install varies enormously depending on individual installation situations. After receving a quote on two alternative manufacturer based solutions for installing 3 separate units , I calculated the approximate unit costs and subtracted from total quote for installation - Seemed reasonable based on other experiences for installations elsewhere but as mentioned - no actual alternative quotes due to lack of interest from other service providers! Will certainly be recommending to friends. Special thanks to Dan, Chris & Lachie; also Chris L, Adrian and Jack (yes they sent out FIVE installers so that the whole job could be done in a single day).

Then the installation team of Josh, Mike, Matt and Jack were so lovely, helpful and efficient in installing the air cons. I have already recommended to two other people in my complex. Our first contact was with Leigh who also provided us with great advice and the time to provide a quote and lock in a date for installation was impressive. We had a great experience with Ezyair they responded to our enquiry the same day even though they were closed over the holidays to let us know next steps and when they would be back in the office giving us the opportunity to get all the info they required together. First day back they responded with quotes and a proposed solution and were able to fit us in the next week which was a blessing as being in your third trimester in 38 degrees heat and no aircon isn’t fun. On the day the team were amazing, we’ve had a few big jobs on the house recently and this team was by far the most professional, polite and even cleaned up after themselves to the point that I think they left the place nicer than they found it. They worked hard in boiling hot weather and following discussions on the day adapted the set up and did a more complicated install as it would suit us better. The team we had included Amin, Nelson, Rav, Mike, Brandon, Sam and Chris - thanks for all your hard work I’m recommending you all to my friends for their split system set up.

Excellent company. Very responsive to work on the details of the quote and land on the best solution for our home. Kush and team installed the units to a very high standard and ensured that the wiring was not intrusive on the external walls.

Hootie is a brilliant, incredibly friendly, extremely patient and accommodating chap. The quality of his work is first-rate and he graciously accommodated all my special requests. He was also very careful when moving the equipment around my house. I can't thank him enough for doing the annual service on my AC units. Personally, it would be an absolute pleasure and privilege to have him back next year to do the next service job.

From beginning to end, the whole EZYAIR team was fantastic. Ash was very helpful and patient with us despite all our “what about this” and “can we do this.” He was meticulous with the details and quick with responses. And when I mean the whole team, I mean the whole team. We had a house full of EZYAIR, in every room, on the roof and under the house. They did their best to protect our newly installed carpets & timber and nothing was inconvenient for them. Thank you Chris, Dymo, Kyle, Sam, Lachlan, Nelson, Kay, Deon, Jarred, Julian, Pat, Mike, Jono, Raj and Hootie! It was a big install but everyone was in good spirits, polite and professional!

Josh serviced my air conditioner this week. Turned up on time. Was very efficient. Advised me what was done. I used these guys to install a few years ago and get them back regularly to service the units. Would recommend.
