I had a relatively quick and VERY satisfactory installation of two air-conditioning units in my near-new apartment.

Leigh, the sales manager, was professional from start to finish and demonstrated a really robust understanding of how the units could be fitted in my high-rise apartment. They also, incidentally, came out cheaper than most competitors who were placing my apartment in the "too hard" basket.

I was given a date just before the Christmas break and right on cue, the guys showed up on that date at the specified time and installation began in earnest. It was not the most straightforward installation owing to needing to run copper and drainage through two bedrooms for the neatest possible installation but it was done correctly and with as minimal aesthetic damage as possible.

My units were installed by Nick, Chris H and Richard. They did a fantastic job and helped me understand the operational aspects of the units as well as talked about warranties and the like if needed.

My house has never felt cooler. I don't even feel the worst of summer now thanks to this. Very grateful for EzyAir to come out and do what they've done.

From the initial enquiries made with Ho, to the installation personnel of Horst, Kush and the rest of the team, the service was very professional and tip-top. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thanks EzyAir.

Would recommend - were competitive on price (out of five quotes), always had prompt responses to enquiries, and the installers Larz, Dwayne and Michael were prompt, obviously very experienced, very happy to chat through each stage of install and answer my questions, and did a very tidy job. They also seemed to be having fun while getting on with the work which seems to be a sign of happy employees.

Found the whole experience with EzyAir very positive. Daniel was very knowledgable and flexible to our specific wants/needs for split-system heating/cooling in a uniquely shaped home. Prompt and high quality service from initial contact and was really impressed by Daniel's level of communication throughout! A team of 3-4 worked hard on the day to get the job done and we are very happy with the two Fujitsu units from the EzyAir team.

After stressing out trying to find a suitable reverse cycle air conditioner online and with so many model numbers, sizes and brands etc it all got too confusing. I decided to call in the experts that being Ezy Air.

Excellent service from Josh and Leigh! I had problems with my roof and vibrations, and EZYAIR came out on three separate occasions to get it sorted. Now it's as quiet as a cloud, thanks to a custom build dampener they installed. With very competitive pricing, I'm sure they lost money on my job! I cannot recommend highly enough my Project Manager, Leigh, for his immediate responses to all my questions and attention to detail.
The installation crew, Dwayne, Larz and Mat were courteous and quietly went about their work without interruptions to us. They completed their work amazingly quickly and removed the rubbish leaving everything clean and neat. We were impressed with the entire process and happy to have used EZYAIR. Faced with confusing quotes and advice from 4 others I finally chanced upon Ezy Air after a google search to understand the conflicting advice others had given. Recommend EzyAir in a heartbeat and that's after calling and dealing with 6 other companies in Melbourne. From start to finish it was a breeze: Ho for assisting with quote and working within my budget to Chris, Justin and Pete for the super quick installation. Arrived on time and the installation of new a/c plus servicing of my exisiting a/c in no more than two and a half hours. Brilliant and easily the most professional company to deal with.

Josh x2, Dwain, Oli, Jason, Lars, Rauf, Chris, Justin and Ben loved my dogs, made sure that they cleaned up after the installation and closed the doors (to prevent the dogs escaping), and as I have an Autistic son who was concerned about his posters; they guys stuck them on the unit. Just the little things.
There was a problem with one of the units; but they organised the manufacturer to send a tech and it was resolved.
Would I hesitate to recommend them; no.
I researched a lot of companies; but from the get go, I felt that this would be the best company to go with. No wonder the reviews speak volumes.

Great installation. Ho was friendly and efficient when organizing the quote and booking. Chris, Josh A, and Olly all arrived on time, performed the work smoothly and efficiently, and did all the testing within a couple of hours. This isn't the first time EzyAir has installed A/C units for us and we had no hesitation in going back to them. They also did the job a week earlier than expected, thanks to a scheduling opportunity that Dan informed us about, and got right on it.

Have just had the Ezy Air team complete installation of 2 split system aircon unit (which we supplied) and couldn't be happier with their communication and quality of works. The team (Chris and Josh) were fantastic on the day arriving early, establishing the exact install locations and then getting the job done to a really high standard and cleaning up after themselves.
The process and works were faultless and I feel very comfortable that they stand behind the quality of their work, reputation and warranty, as they returned earlier this year quickly and without issue to look at a minor problem with some units installed in 2016.

Rang their number initially for an inquiry. Found out that my area is outside the boundary of their service coverage area but Ho told me he will get back to me just in case they have another job within reasonable driving distance from my place. Got back to me within an hour and from there i walked him through what i wanted and he was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous in explaining things to me. Installation - the guys arrived on time (Chris, Kush, Luke & Horst) and did a great job. Very professional and polite.
