We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. We were given professional, thoughtful advice from Ash, who communicated promptly and was understanding while we waited for approval from our owners' corporation.
Al, Triyan, Locklan and Chris, the installation and electrical team, were superb. They have done an efficient and tidy job and were very polite and professional. They kept calm when they had to work around some concrete we hadn't expected and resolved the situation expertly. Al explained everything at the end and took time to patiently and clearly answer my questions about operation. A fantastic company to work with.

Great servicel Leigh Klaver in Sales was fantastic in recommending a system that would meet my needs and kept in touch with me until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The installation team arrived on time and left on time, were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommended.

I was recommended by my friend. EzyAir were excellent to work with, Ash (their sales person) was always polite and informative. The installation was delayed due to a COVID test but they kept me updated and came the next day as arranged. Four guys showed up on time, Russell was polite and explained everything. The work was completed to a very high standard. Would recommend.

Right from the word go, I experienced nothing but professionalism. Never in the journey, I felt any doubt that this team Dwyane, Josh, Alan, Hung, Amin, Richard and Kush. Lead superbly by the commander in chief Chris. It was so refreshing to watch the work-ethic and camaraderie within the team.

I had my multi split system serviced by Ezyair, very happy and satisfied with their service. Firstly Daniel from sales very responsive and explained the service in detail. Then technicians Kush and Kyle very friendly and professional. Definitely will use them again and highly recommended.

I recently had 2 Fujitsu split systems installed at my apartment. Leigh and the team at Ezy Air were extremely patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the process from initial consult/ quotation right through to installation.

I had a new aircond installed on 28/10/19. Leigh from the sales team contacted me to discuss the details and provided great advise as to which was the best aircond according to our needs/circumstance. Leigh was very very helpful,friendly and knowledgable and was always ready to listen to my various questions. The 2 guys who came to do the installation & service (Chris & Josh) were great and efficient. After the work was completed, I had to call Chris to come back to tie up some loose ends, and he did so without hesitation.
