You can find cheaper, if you search hard but DON'T!! The small premium you pay is made up for tenfold by the amazing knowledge, customer service and technical expertise of this company and it's people.

Dealing with Leigh for my online quote for my air con installation was an absolute pleasure. His attention to detail for the most efficient way of cooling my home without losing aesthetic appeal was incredible!! Ezy Air upgraded two exisiting units and installed an additional unit in our apartment. Great level of service from start to finish from Dan, Leigh, Josh, Josh and Kush. We had a couple of competitive quotes done and Dan picked up on a number of items that the others missed making it a great installation experience.

It has been a great experience with Ezyair from beginning to the end, Daniel made time to visit for a quotation afterhours in a rainy day, explained the installation process and help me to choose the right unit for my need.

Josh, Josh, Chris & Dwayne have spent a full day installing 2 split systems at my double storey house, came back the next day to have both systems tested and show me how to operate etc., everything completed in a timely manner and clean.

We had Chris and Brad come out today from Ezyair to do an installation of a split system air conditioning unit. Their service was excellent and despite the inclement weather they finished the job in good time and cleaned up after they finished.

I had Josh, Brad and Josh come out from Ezyair today to install a split-system air-conditioning unit. The service provided was excellent and you could not fault the installation. They arrived on time at the arranged time and went through the entire process with me before the actual job. I would highly recommend them and the company if you are looking for hassle free air-con installation.

I must say from the moment a quote was arranged until the final installation things could not have gone more smoothly.
Daniel came out to give the quote and was able to make suggestions as to size and placement of our unit. They were not the cheapest quote but were the most professional in their attitude and actions. They were also able to quote for a second unit which we intended to do down the track but felt we are not going to find anyone better or more professional than EZYAIR.
Our original date for installation was the 23rd Sept, but they called to say they could do it on the 16th Sept if we wanted.
Of course we said yes and the team of Chris, Luke and Brad arrived on time and got on with the installation in an efficient and professional manner.
All the boys were well mannered and very polite and appeared to fly through the installation and all their work was clean and precise. They explained how to use the units and left the house as they found it cleaning up after themselves. Extremely impressed with the entire service and installation.

Our place is a three level townhouse with a very difficult layout. Every tradies we've ever had out has whinged about the stairs, the difficulty accessing what they need, etc.
I got several quotes for a multi split and ezyair was comparable with all of them, but not the cheapest. The thing that made me go with them was Dan's attitude when he came out to look at our place and Leigh our very efficient a friendly 'project manager' who provided me with quotes for every possible configuration I could think of.
I was very glad about my decision when Andy arrived with his lovely team. Luke and Alex the apprentice electricians were absolutely delightful, thorough and polite. Andy made sure they were taught properly, showing them the dangerous work of the installer of the original system. Chris and Matt the plumber and aircon specialist who arrived later were also great.
They boys did a fantastic job, working extremely hard to do a difficult job without cutting any corners. My father-in-law, an electrical engineer, was very impressed with how thorough and tidy their work was. Would recommend them without question.

The guys from Ezyair were easy to deal with from the quotation through to the installation. Ho came out for the quotation and gave recommendations based on his experience. It didn't take long for me to lock it in based on the service and the recommendations he provided

Luke and Josh were the guys doing the installation. They were on time and professional. They walked me through what needed to get done and just got on with it. As the install wasn't as complex as quoted, the guys sorted it out with the front office and managed to save me some money. One of the most professional installation teams I have dealt with. I highly recommend these guys and to request Luke and Josh for the install.

I had a team of electricians/plumbers here today from EzyAir installing a multi system. Their names are Luke, Josh, Andy, Tristan, Chris and Rick.

These men were extremely professional, punctual and hard-working. I am extremely pleased with the standard of workmanship and they even cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming and furniture placement.

I found EZYAIR a very easy company to deal with. Ho in the office and Dan who did a pre-installation visit to check that size and site for the split system was the right choice were very friendly and reassuring.
The installation team of Josh and Luke were punctual and extremely efficient in their work practice, and the unit was installed quite quickly.
Unbeknown to me I was walking around with a burst appendix, so I was especially appreciative that after the old box unit was removed from another wall they were able to make that hole weather-proof. It saved me climbing a ladder and attempting that task in my condition.
Instructions on operating the unit and maintenance of filters were explained easily, and I have enjoyed the comfort of the unit in my post-operative recuperation.

Ezyair was fantastic to deal with from start to finish and really lived up to the reviews I read. They were courteous, knowledgeable, on time, neat with installations and trustworthy with after service care.
Having struggled my way through various rude and unprofessional trades in the past, it was such a pleasure to deal with this company. Leigh was great as sales manager as well as after care contact. Courteous, knowledgeable and excellent with communication and follow-up, my calls and txt messages were returned promptly every single time and he even phoned me after the installation to make sure everything went according to plan. Regarding unit options, he was very knowledgeable, gave various possibilities for the space and delivered the quote on time, with options as promised.
I had an 8kw unit installed in my 9x7m garage studio, which had 4m high walls and electrical board 9m away from the unit. Electrical cords had to be run through the roof as well as down the walls to reach the switchboard. The inside unit was installed up high underneath the ceiling.
The installation team arrived on time and Luke did a great job installing the outside unit extremely neatly on brackets. All pipes were capped for most of their run with the wall entry point very neatly capped and sealed. He listened to all detail and communicated well while being easygoing but also very professional in his approach. Josh did a great job getting wires down a difficult 4m wall cavity and installing the inside unit at a challenging height, neat and without any marks on the wall. They even vacuumed the area and left it neat and clean.
What really impressed me, was their after service care. Usually it is a shocker to get installers back on site to correct anything that might be an issue. After some severe Melbourne weather (where the SES had 1000 call-outs over a weekend), I had water pooling on the concrete floor close to the unit. Of course I was concerned and sent a txt to Leigh who immediately responded and managed the request through the installation manager who had the team out on site the very same day. A cracked roof tile was replaced and some extra caulking done around the outside capping. All was done in good spirit with friendly, courteous communication.
I was so impressed that this company lived up to their claims of “We make customer service a priority” and I am proud to recommend them to anyone. They really set the benchmark for how things can be done. Pricing compare well, although not the cheapest. Pay the little bit extra. You will be very glad afterwards.

Very very happy with the service from Ezy Air, the whole team were fantastic and looked after us every step of the way. From Dan who gave us excellent advice and helped us choose the unit, to the installers Luke and Josh who were super professional and friendly (and even helped teach my mum how to use the remote!). Highly recommended!
