Fantastic experience - exceeded expectations! The guys were able to instal two reverse cycle air conditioners in quite difficult locations a whole week ahead of schedule. The team was communicative, professional and really experienced - would recommend. A big thank you to Amin, Dymo, Nelson and Sam for a great instal and to Ash for amazing customer service! The quoting and booking process with Ash was seamless, then Amin, Dymo and Sam replaced our two split systems quickly and efficiently, explaining clearly what needed to be done, and offering help and advice above and beyond the removal/installation itself. A really good experience all round, would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience. Our account manager, Leigh Klaver, was excellent. He responded quickly to the initial inquiry, provided advice and information that matched our requirements and genuinely helped us make a good decision without being pushy. The install crew, Josh and Chris, were fast, efficient, courteous and professional. They got the whole job done much faster than I expected. I happily endorse EzyAir Conditioning for the great job they did for my home. All credit to the company. It clearly has a positive, customer-centred culture which really shows.

The Ezyair team were so professional! They asked to use the bathroom, they all wore masks, they were quiet and respectful and they did a really great job. I'd have them back in a heartbeat. Chris, Kush, Dymo, Kyle and Kay - what a great team.

The team were amazing from start to finish. They provided me with a contactless quote (meaning no one actually came to the house) it required me to provide floor plans and measurements and after a few additional questions and suggestions they promptly sent through a competitive quote. I must admit I was a little sceptical when it came to receiving a quote without someone coming onsite. But as they explained, they had been doing it that way for years (before it was a covid compliant thing).
The installation team were courteous, professional and very accommodating to my inquisitive 3 years old boy! Big shout out to KUSH, KYLE, DYMO IZAK and ALED!!
