Our third year in a row using Ezyair again and will continue to use only them because their service have been so professional and reasonably priced till today. Not forgetting their after-sales support and response to our enquiries is not what you would usually get from other aircon companies where they would be too busy for any small jobs.

Dan have been very accommodating and patient with us all these years explaining and advising in detail which setup and installation method is the best yet cost-efficient.

Josh (second time) & Ollie were assigned to our aircon installation (2 units) and servicing (4 units) yesterday and they were very conscious of keeping our place clean and professionally completed the works as though it was their own home.

We have never regretted using Ezyair and will strongly recommend them to others as well. Big thanks for the guys again.

The crew from Ezyair were fantastic. Dan attended personally to carry out the onsite quote which was quite thorough. They recommended and sourced a Toshiba Daiseikai unit in response to our particular requirements to handle micro-particle filtration/dust control.

The install job was conducted today and Josh & Ollie who were friendly, professional and did a neat job of it. They also serviced an existing LG unit that was installed by the previous homeowner. Couldn't be happier with the service and communication.

My air conditioning installation concluded today, and I couldn't be happier with Ezyair's service from start to finish.

I live in a 1950s double brick apartment block, so I was aware that installing a split system unit would be a challenge. From the very beginning, I received excellent service from Ho who explained their service clearly and thoroughly, and sent me a questionnaire to assist with the quoting process. Ho was very upfront about the cost (which was nothing, and no obligation too!), and this was particularly impressive when I saw the quote. Detailed and thorough, but most importantly, providing me with options.

Dan, who coordinated the work, contacted me when I was promised, and promptly responded to my text messages regarding the installation team's arrival. This delivered great peace of mind.

The installation team of Luke, Kush and Chris were fantastic. My installation had to be conducted over two Monday's, thanks to Melbourne's weather. They immediately noticed an issue with the switchboard, took a photo and liaised with Ho to get a variation to the quote. I was given a discount due to the last minute nature of the change, but as the full price was less than I thought it would be, I was doubly impressed by this generous gesture.

Luke, Kush and Chris worked diligently to get the outside and indoor units erected, and left the electrical wires in a safe and tidy state to be hooked up the following week.

Luke and Kush returned today, on time, cheerful, and again, conducted themselves so professionally. Their skills as electricians are impeccable, and I feel very lucky to have had such a great team working for me!

I was very pleased with Ezy Air's installation of a reverse cycle split system. My job was a bit complicated, but Chris, Ollie, Stew and the two Joshes completed the job professionally and with good results. Before the installation, Leigh Klaver helped me choose a unit and worked with me to determine my installation requirements. I had a lot of questions so it was a long process, but Leigh was very knowledgeable and patient. He we a pleasure to deal with and I never felt rushed or pressured. You get great service from these guys.

We recently called EZYAIR and were greeted by Leigh, who from the very start was patient, explained everything in simple terms, and provided me with quotes for all the options I asked for.

The technicians arrived and confirmed all the unit positions and details of the install with me before they started, then they got to work and cleaned up after they were finished. They also explained the unit functions and Leigh got in touch a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should, and that I was satisfied.

Honestly, it's hard to find good service. I got half a dozen quotes and nothing approached EZYAIR for timeliness and attention to detail. Absolutely blown away by EZYAIR, I had a couple of cheaper quotes but would choose EZYAIR again and again, business at its best.

It's been an excellent experience from getting advice and the quote to having the two aircon units installed. Dan was extremely efficient and responsive in getting the quote, having all my queries answered and scheduling the installation. All happened within 1 week!

The installation team (Josh, Chris, Ollie) were right on time as scheduled, very pleasant and polite. They did an excellent job and also showed me the installation including pictures of what they've done on the roof tiles. All boxes and rubbish cleared and taken away.

6 years ago we had a Daikin 8 KW single split unit and an 8 KW multi split unit installed in our newly-built home. The units themselves were very good but it took a lot of toing and froing with the installers (Not Ezyair) before the multi split unit was working effectively. At the time we were dead set on Daikin hardware and who installed them was of secondary importance.

We've since sold the house and for our new house we decided to install single split systems. 6 units were required and this time around we decided to do a bit more research on both the make of the units and the installers out there. We landed on the womo reviews on Ezyair and decided to give them a go. We're very glad that we did. 3 weeks ago we had a team of installers (Josh x 2, Larz, Kush, Luke and Dwayne) come out and install the 6 Toshiba Daiseikai units that Ho in sales had recommended for us. The whole process was made really easy by Ezyair. Ho answered every query/email promptly and in great detail. It's so refreshing to come across service providers who provide such a pleasant, professional service end-to-end!
Ho, the sales consultant was very professional throughout the whole quoting process. He asked all the right questions, provided insightful information about both the installation and air conditioners; and addressed any concerns we had.
We also bought the airconditioner from them - the cost of the airconditioner was the same in Harvey Norman and The Good Guys (considering that they have also delivered it).
Arranging the installation was easy as well.
The installers arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They solved an installation problem around the window frame /wall and even provided some advice about the operation and maintenance of the airconditioner.
Cost as quoted, no additional cost on the day.
Ezy Air are not cheap, but are worth hiring IMO.
I would not hesitate to recommend their services to my mates; and would certainly hire them again should I need these services.
At the end of the day, this says it all.

This is the second time I used these guys and always recommend them to friends and family. They are reliable, provide quality work and even clean up after themselves. Leigh, the sales consultant was very prompt with his quote and installation arrangements. I had used ezyair previously because of their excellent service and they continue to maintain this standard.

Living in Sydney and trying to organise tradesmen in Melbourne was a challenge. But Ezy Air made life truly EZY-er.

Left a message on the EzyAir website and Dan came onsite to inspect and provide a quote the following morning. He was very respectful and explained the steps and costs involved. Dan also offered to service my existing split system for a discount which i was more than happy to take up his offer.

Dave and Issac came to perform the installation on a hot and rainy day. Both of them were very friendly and worked throughout the rain which impressed me with their professionalism. They also cleaned up the mess after the installation as well as took all the rubbish (cardboard, styrofoam) with them when they left.

They also did an excellent job with the service of my existing split system. There was an issue at the end but I have purchased a new remote for my existing split system, so everything is working fine.

Having read the good reviews online, I was keen to see amazing they were. Now i can say that i am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend EzyAir to anyone.
