I found the service that the Ezy Air team provided very professional, polite and prompt. They were a pleasure to deal with. Dan came out the same day I called and I had the first quote from Leigh a few hours later (so much better than other companies which made me wait up to 10 days for a quote, and forgot to add important information).
The installation took longer than anticipated and I had to wait a couple of days for them to come back. Apart from that everything went very smoothly.
I hope that my new Fujitsu split system will work as well as the Ezy Air team did.

We had two split systems installed by Dave and Nathan in November last year (2015). They were very professional and tidy workers - I think they left the rooms cleaner than when they arrived! We found communication with the company very efficient. I would recommend their work and will use them again in the future.

I live in an impossible apartment, meaning everything you try to fix is impossible so when the split system needed upgrading I was dreading it especially after 5 other technicians had no idea how to install a split on an internal wall with no access. Dan came out to look at the job and put me at ease immediately, I then gave him grief dithering around with what I wanted, he answered every question patiently and I must say the job went exactly how he said it would. Of course that is because he sent a really gun team that didn't let the 50mm clearance above my ceiling, furring channel and no clear pathway from the condenser to the split deter them. They persevered
when others would have thrown in the towel whinging all the time. These guys did not at any stage let the job beat them. I'm from the construction Industry and have project managed many jobs and I would have these guys on my job any day. Thanks boys I tried the Fujitsu last night and my place was heated in no time. I must thank Jess (girl in the office) who generally gets left out of reviews who is polite and efficient and generally the boys can’t work efficiently without a good person in the office.
They will be the first I call if I need another split.

Ezy Air have a great website, offering a lot of good information as well as a heat-load calculator, which, while not as exhaustive in its information-gathering as some, is user-friendly and gives you an idea of the loads for your room (which is great when another company quotes a much bigger and dearer (not to mention less efficient) unit than you require).
Ho at Ezy Air was great to deal with and very knowledgeable of his products and services. I was pretty pedantic and studious when researching what I'd get for my new house. Energy efficiency and quietness are a big deal for me, but Ho opened me up to other considerations also worth looking at when comparing systems.
In the end I had four split systems supplied and installed by Ezy Air, with an additional split installed but supplied from elsewhere. Ezy Air was good enough to send out seven guys so that the job could be conveniently completed in one day. Andy, Chris, JP, Caleb, Josh, Luke and Elliot were all punctual and well-mannered. They worked consistently throughout the hot day to get the job done and clean up afterward. A couple of them went through the features and operation of the units with me at the end. Units, pipes and conduits were installed neatly and close enough to level/plumb wherever they were installed in a visible location.
There were a few dirty smudges left on the walls around four of the five indoor units, and a little bit of rubble and dust were left around one of the outdoor units (though I haven't checked around the units that were installed on the garage roof), but these are minor things easily dealt with.
The only really disappointing thing for me was that some ceiling insulation batts had been pulled out and not properly replaced, which even though it was a small amount it's a major thing from my understanding of the importance of sealing the building's insulative envelope (leaking bucket analogy). For me, fixing it was no issue, as I've been doing stuff up in the roof anyway, including re-arranging some batts that were ineffectively installed by the builder in the first place. But for the many customers who would never go crawling around in their roof space, it would be an unnecessary hole in their home's insulation that might never be filled or even known about in the first place. One would expect air con guys to appreciate better than most the importance of effective insulation. For the little time and effort required to put the batts back in place I'll assume it was something that they would normally take care of, but forgot to do this time.
Approximate price was $12,000 (doesn't include the cost of the split system purchased separately).

Got an online quote from Ho - he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - looked up floor plans of my house to determine what size air con I would need and discussed everything in detail.

Booked in for installation and the guys were at my house (right on time) 2 days later. Had Josh, Tom, Andy and Tristan install the air con - did a great job, very professional service. Highly recommended and I will be getting Ezyair to service my aircon when needed.

We ordered a pair of Fujitsu split system inverter air conditioners for our single storey unit in the south east suburbs of Melbourne. Unfortunately, at the time we requested a quotation (in early February), they wouldn't do onsite quotations. Instead, we were sent a checklist by email. The salesperson, Leigh Klaver, did a great job maintaining contact to finalise the details of the quote and provided some great advice and patient responses to our numerous questions.

We were sent a confirmation SMS the night before the scheduled installation date and the team of technicians (Andy, Tom, Josh and Tristen) arrived a few minutes early. Due to the fact that no one had been onsite, they discovered an issue with our PV installation that made the original layout of the outdoor units impossible and subsequently had to relocate one of them.

They carried out the whole job in a friendly and efficient manner and were finished in just over three hours, cleaning up after themselves well with the exception of a couple of small pipe offcuts.

So far the systems are functioning perfectly and we are very happy with the Fujitsu ASTG18KMCA units and Ezy Air.

Positive experience with Ezy Air Conditioning despite initial apprehension about quote being provided only as online. However, negative experience with another company who visited the property (twice) allayed those concerns. The team who came and installed 3 Fujitsu reverse cycle systems; Chris, Dave, Alex and JP, were excellent. Tidy, efficient and as unobtrusive as possible. There was absolutely no mess left behind and the guys were very pleasant to deal with. Contacting Dan from Ezy Air was recommended by an associate but I was happy with Leigh's responsiveness and that of the the staff in administration.

Top job, EzyAir. I built a house as an owner-builder, and rough-in to fit-off took nigh on 9months, because I was so slow. On the contrary, EzyAir were damn quick. Ho Yin came over for the site inspection, and gave advice on the best way to run hoses, best orientation for the inside unit to blow the air for efficient distribution, the rough in and install was seamless, centering the units above the doors or walls, looking after my paint job, and levelling the units when they weren't quite level. All the pipes were run into my downpipes, so I didn't have water condensate running in my path. Everyone was on time, courteous, friendly, and did a great job. Thanks guys! Oh, and they were most accommodating for my Fujitsu Free Air Money. Because I took so long to complete the job, they arranged for me to pre-purchase the units before the deadline, giving me the serial numbers, proof of purchase and great instructions. Made my life very easy. Well done EzyAir!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Dan (owner) is very hands on and came out to look at our house and provide recommendations on what would work best for us. There was no hint of upselling, just an honest, fact and experience based opinion. Following this, a no obligation quote was provided. I then got into contact with Dan the following day, and he replied promptly advising he would have a crew out to us within the week to install 2x 2.5 Fujitsu split systems. The crew of JP, Luke, Elliot and Alex arrived on time, were super happy and polite and got the job done without any fuss. All the boys were happy to spend the time answering any questions, as well as providing useful advice. When they were on the roof, they noticed an existing unit was looking a little worse for wear, so they put some silicone around the problem area to prevent any damage - at no extra cost. The cleaned up after themselves and then helped step through how to use it, discuss maintainence and warranties (5 year guarantee), and all the other details of the job.
