We have had Naked DSL with iinet for about 18 months now and we have no complains as of yet! We get our phone line, modem/voip phone and internet with them which means if we have a problem we only have to talk to one person, not 3 like you get with TPG, for instance. And their customer service is always friendly and helpful and you don't have to talk to someone who has a think accent, which if you have a technical problem is very helpful because you can understand them.
We recently moved house and took our iinet Naked DSL with us. There were some delays and problems (due mainly to Telstra and their ridiculous procedures) but the customer service people were mostly helpful and always friendly and in the end we weren't charged the connection fee and we got a massive discount on our first bill because of the trouble.

I use naked DSL too and it's pretty common with the iinet/telstra issue when transferring. Iinet will look after you no problems...

have used iinet for about 4.5 years now. price is very reasonable and quota plans are revised frequently. had some connection issues but thats really telstra's fault as usual. i know a little bit about networking so when i called up helpdesk it can be a bit annoying when they force you to go through their scripted trouble shooting talk.

We have been using iinet for about 7 years now, and have never had a problem. We have moved house twice during this time and didn't have a problem either time. The price we pay is very good and at this time I wouldn't consider changing providers.

We've been using IINET for 10 months now. Our experience is very positive -the queries were processed in timely manner, the connection was set up within a week as they promised. The staff was efficient and helpful. Internet speed is fast, phone service is good. We are considering to subscribe to their mobile service.

Totally agree: iinet originates from Perth and their service is fantastic: the 'naked' broadband saves me about $100 / month !

What a negative experience I had with them!!!! Signed up for naked ADSL bundle- everything was going fine, quick response, received my new modem in the mail- all good, that's where the positives end. Was called the day I was due to go 'live' Had disconnected my previous home line and internet all ready to go and I get a phone call saying there have been some problems they need to look into, there will be a delay in getting the net and phone up and running. TWO WEEKS later I finally get a response to my numerous emails and phone calls, due to the setup of the phone lines or whatever in my area, they can't provide the service. They send me out a satchel to return the modem in.
I was already not happy as I had already been without phone and internet for two weeks and now was getting nothing!!!
I sent the modem back and as far as I was concerned that was it. No, I spent the next few months receiving invoices for them for the service they never provided and the modem I SENT BACK!!! I finally had enough when I got a letter threatening to report me to a debt recovery agency! I rang them AGAIN (as I had numerous times over the months) explained my story AGAIN and the woman said 'Oh yes I can see here that the modem was returned on such and such a date.' Oh yes, so WHY am I being threatened with debt recovery??? She finally sorted everything out and I was assured I would not hear from them anymore.
Fast forward to 12 month later- last week I receive an email from them saying they have sent a satchel out and I am to return my hardware as soon as possible! You have to be kidding me!!!!!!! So I ring, explain everything, their explanation was that there was an error in their system and it emailed all their customers the same letter. I find that very hard to believe!!!
Needless to say, not impressed with the whole experience in the least!!

not good service would not recommend to others Internet speeds are slow and ii-net has very bad service there is never a person to talk to and it takes 1 day for them to ring you back

I'm writing this because I have had such a good experience - and from such a large organisation, it is unusual. Twice I had to call them to report a problem, and both times, they believed me (when there was no evidence either way), understood the problem and resolved it quickly. They were more than fair, and deserve the praise! We've had both internet and naked DSL for over 2 years, and it's been great! Good value, good service! Yay!

I have been with iinet for 6 years this month and every interaction with them has been a pleasure, I wish I could say the same about other Telcos. I have just transfered my Mobile ti them as well.

We've been using iiNet for almost 4 years now and have been very happy with them (we were previously with Australia's most well known Telco..). We have ADSL2+ bundled with the Home 2 phone plan and find that our Internet connection is fast and reliable. We had a faulty phone line at one stage that caused major interference with our Internet connection (the static on the line was terrible - you couldn't even hold a telephone conversation!!), but this proved to be a PAIN FREE issue after a phone call to the friendly and helpful iiNet customer service team. They liaised with Telstra (it's their lines), and a Telstra tech was dispatched within 2 days (okay - he was very helpful too). iiNet's Customer Service team then undertook a number of steps to follow up and ensure that our fault was definitely resolved. Brilliant!

We are VERY happy with iiNet and have absolutely no plan to change from them as our Internet provider.
