I have flown Jetstar a number of times as there prices are great. Problem is their service reflects 'what you pay'. it has improved ALOT since they have allowed allocated seating ( previously you had to make a mad dash for the plane in order to get a seat next to family or friends) but I still think they need to bring their customer service up to scratch. Never-the-less i would fly with them again- but only because their prices are so low.

I always go travel by Jet star with the service and food are nice, and the airfare will also not that expensive but quality not too bad. There are special offers do give me extra capacity whilst I am oversea.

i have only flown jetstar once and was not very impressed with my experience. there website is ok and competitive prices but not impressed with staff appearance and not very helpful

I find Jetstar a very average airline. I would not fly them internationally, but if they are the cheapest domestically I will usually go with them. They are OK.

I have flown jetstar 3 times....................and all 3 times the flights were delayed by quite a bit. The last time was a joke, there was very limited communication between guests, who were all getting very annoyed. Boards had not been updated to reflect this. Everything was a shambles.............. People even thought they had missed the plane. Would never fly with again, not even if you paid me

Jetstar tickets are so economical and convineient.
For oversea trip, it is fantastic if I go off season.
However,some of counter staffs in avalon is trrible, they are so unkind.

As much as the good value of the ticket impressed me, its got to come with impressive service. I was not impressed. I do not believe i will use the airline again, they didn't have a wide range of drinks or food. They didn't really seem interested in doing their job.

Jetstar do not handle cancellations well and often offer the wrong or no alternatives. Beware, make sure if they want to cancel your flights that you make sure you push them for an alternative, even if it means calling another operator for another opinion.

it was so good and it cost like nothing and the food was just so good i loved it so i would tell just about every one that i no to use jetstar and i will again

I dropped two young nieces off at the Perth JetStar Airport for their flight back to Melbourne. Due to a traffic jam, they arrived just after the counter was closed and they were told they missed their flight. When they approached a ground staff for advice as to how to rebook a later flight, the ground staff just ignored them and walked off. This was a harrowing experience.
