Purchased a desktop and a memory issue came up 2 months later. I had purchased the extended warranty as I have heard refurbs have issues. I contacted them detailing this issue and it took them 2 weeks and another email from me for them to respond (see edit). I had to outline the issue again to which their response was send it in. I live locally so requested to drop off. They insisted I post it. I contacted another computer repair store and they explained that it could just be dust. Problem fixed in a day. No store front or number to call is a huge issue and I would not consider purchasing from an online store again.

Edit: Since writing this review ManlyLaptops have been in contact with me and attempted to fix the issue. They did in fact respond to my initial email though it was sent to the wrong address as written down incorrectly when submitting the online form. They seemed genuine in their attempt to resolve the problem and were apologetic. I have changed my rating because of how genuine they seemed, though my feedback still stands. No number to call or store front creates issues when maintenance is required. With that said, I shouldnt need maintenence on a two month old, albeit refurbed, desktop.

I have purchased 2 laptops from ManlyLaptos in the passed 2 yrs and I have been very pleased with their service. The first laptop was fantastic and I couldn't have been happier! The 2nd was not but to there credit they had it shipped back at there cost and I got another at no cost to me (just the difference in the laptop price). I would say that the second laptop was grade B and I probably shouldn't have as the grade A is in really good condition at a great price but I went the even cheaper grade B and took the risk. Some are perfectly fine but mine was not what I wanted and so it was returned and I purchased the grade A version. I am very pleased with the customer service and quality of the grade A laptop and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Our laptop has arrived filthy and covered in dust and particles on the screen and keyboard. There is what looks like old food marks or mould all over whole thing. It clearly hasn't been cleaned since prior user and in a pandemic this is especially disgusting. Completely disappointed and deflated by this purchase as we will have to detail it before we can use it.
