I purchased a Laptop and had a little trouble with it and had to return the item Lee handled the whole transaction and was a pleasure to deal with,he replaced the Laptop with another with no hesitation.

I bought a reconditioned laptop from this business. It had some real issues in terms of power and logic. I was disappointed, but I realise that any computer, even a new one, can have issues. What I want when I buy a computer is backup service. That's exactly what I got from Lee at Manly Laptops. They immediately replaced it and were very responsive and took care of everything. I can't say enough good things about the service. The machine I bought is a good little laptop too - this is the replacement that I'm writing the review with, and it's a neat, solid machine and good value for money. My experience with Manly Laptops is one of those rare times when you really want to step forward and say thanks to a business for doing a proper job and looking after the customer the right way - and that's why I went out of my way to write this review. Really happy with the service from Manly Laptops. Lee is a superstar. When my old laptop died, I bought one off him the next day which was a good move because despite being ex-lease, it's faster than my old one and about 1/8th of the cost! What really impressed me was the service - Lee dropped off the laptop to me the next day and when I was silly enough to leave my power cable in Canberra, Lee got a new cable in the post the same day so I didn't lose any work time:) These guys have saved my arse! Highly recommend them if you need a good quality and cost effective laptop.
