My experience with Metro Movers started on the phone with an enquiry which was dealt with efficiently and accurately.

Steve and Dylan from Metro Movers were my moving guys on the day and were absolutely great. They were on time, they worked fast (which saved me money), and were patient and helpful all day.
I definitely recommend them all.

Metro Movers are a well organised and customer focussed company.The two teams of movers, Jinder & Paul, then Richard & Stephen were professional, friendly and courteous at all times. They worked quickly and efficiently and are a credit to the company. Internal staff were also most helpful during the booking process and, again, very friendly and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Metro Movers to anyone who needs a quality removals company.

Metromovers were organised, professional and helpful every step of the way, but in particular Ant C, Ian and Dane made moving day a lot easier than it might have been. They worked exceptionally hard, nothing was too difficult for them, and they did it all with real courtesy and good humour. I chose Metromovers because their advertising suggested a careful and personalised service, and I wasn't disappointed.

From the first phone call to MetroMovers I felt there was a tightly run, organised and customer focused team at work..I wasnt met by an answering service asking me to wait (like 2 other National Removal Firms I rang). I was greeted by someone who remembered my name and details every other time I rang. Moving house is very stressful, especially when you throw a 4 year old boy in the mix, so I couldn't have been more impressed and grateful for the calm and courteous approach of our 2 young removalists, Tom and Dane. Nothing phased them. They demonstrated respect for us and our property and even accommodated an inquisitive and 'helpful' 4 year old as they loaded the truck. They moved a whole 3 bedroom house quickly, efficiently and without incident. We had METROMOVERS move us after being in our house for 10 years so we had lots of stuff!! It was a stinking hot 37C day and not once did any of the boys complain as they all sweated it out moving us. We required 2 large trucks and many man who were brilliant. Special thanks to Matt L, Ryan L, Steve B, Ryan F on the day and also an extra Special THANK YOU goes out to Krystin in the office who I dealt with many times with a million questions and always answered professionally and promptly. MetroMovers moved our possessions out of our home and into storage. The truck arrived on time on the nominated day, and Matt O & Kyle R did a fabulous job. All removed and packed in less than 4 hours, they were really well trained: efficient, courteous and very helpful. In a couple of weeks time, MM will move our goods out of storage and into our new home, and we hope Matt & Kyle will be the team to do that. This company is seriously good and deserves support and success.

Very happy with this company. They were totally professional, reliable and efficient in getting some furniture delivered to auction house. Hassle free, stress free, fantastic customer service, both from office staff and from delivery guys. I found them using WOMO of course and was not disappointed.

These guys were great. Turned up on time too!
They just knuckled down to the task and got into it. They were very careful with all the equipment and everything was /packed/wrapped accordingly.
