The team from The Heat Shop removed a huge old indoor ducted heating unit and large hot water unit from inside the house and replaced with 2 new units on outside of the house. From the first visit, when Ashley came to do the quote, we knew we were in good hands. The team (incl. plumbers, electricians and a carpenter and team lead) arrived promptly at about 8am and finished the job, including patching & plastering holes and sweeping inside and outside the house, at 5.30pm. We were struck by the professionalism, can do attitude and respectful behaviour of the whole team. No request or question was too hard. They were a lovely, well mannered and very skilled group of guys. I would highly recommend them. We were also impressed with the service and responsiveness of the office manager Jocelyn who organised the job/quote/invoices etc. Dont go anywhere else if you need heating and cooling jobs done!

From the first phone call to MetroMovers I felt there was a tightly run, organised and customer focused team at work..I wasnt met by an answering service asking me to wait (like 2 other National Removal Firms I rang). I was greeted by someone who remembered my name and details every other time I rang. Moving house is very stressful, especially when you throw a 4 year old boy in the mix, so I couldn't have been more impressed and grateful for the calm and courteous approach of our 2 young removalists, Tom and Dane. Nothing phased them. They demonstrated respect for us and our property and even accommodated an inquisitive and 'helpful' 4 year old as they loaded the truck. They moved a whole 3 bedroom house quickly, efficiently and without incident.
