Have been to the buffet for dinner quite a few times. Always find the food of a high standard, and they have a good selection of seafood, hot dishes, salads and desserts.

I remember this as a restaraunt we went to with my mum on shopping trips to the city - kind of a reward if I had been good when going to all the department stores - fond memories.
So I guess I had high expectations when I dropped in on the spur of the moment for lunch.
There was nothing special about the service or food - just another corner lunch bar.

great coffee great food best soup went there with my dad and sister one time and the staff were very nice and friendly also have great cakes and a very homely feel to them the place was clean and sparkling

Great food, very fresh seafood and an amazing selection. The Buffet was well presented and clean with plenty of variety. An excellent hot carvery with a wonderful selection of vegetables as well as soups and meat. A Great dining experience.

Good service with light entertainment, usually a muscian playing the piano Service is very good and a good friendly atmosphere. Food is generally average. But Deserts are slightly above average

Stunning selection of seafood and for all you can eat, Hubby was in his glory.
The sweets are a must so make sure you save some room for them...
The staff were so very helpful as I am disabled and they could not do enough for me...

Miss Maud's has been around forever, and for good reason. If you're in the market for a good buffet dinner, they are definitely the place to go. The restaurant is usually always full and is a great place to celebrate a birthday. The Princess Cake is a must if you're staying around for coffee, but the servings are huge, so share with a friend!
