This company is very doggy. i was employee with this company. i had terrible experience with them and they did not even pay me for 1 month not only me we are five employees waiting for payment for last month and most of the trucks are unrego and this company don't have any public liability insurance. The owner sometimes offer costumer to give good reviews and give them some discount all the review are fake even i did this too many times for company.
Now i decide to go with fair work. I request all costumer don't use this company. They notify there staff for job only 10 minutes before and we always late. They always send small truck to costumer and costumers blame on workers. Be aware when you book job make sure company will honest with you. From last 2 weeks i put fuel from my pocket.
They never pick call when someone stuck in something.
Dont choose this company PLEASE. go with other company if there workers are not happy how costumer will.

Avoid this company at all cost. Disorganised, unethical and dishonest is the best way I can describe them. Turned up late for planned move with wrong truck. Would not drive down driveway as claimed truck had faulty brakes. Ferried goods to top of driveway. Demanded to be paid after every load. Went away for two hour for a meal. Came back late. Were slow to load up. Demanded to be paid again but overstated hours worked. Promised to come back on Sunday midday to collect last truck load but didn't turn up at all leaving us to try and make other arrangements. Could not contact anyone to find out what was going on. Overall totally dissatisfied and would suggest avoiding them.

Do not use this 'service'!! After spending over $400 on their service, we found a hole in our wall and a hole in an item of our furniture. The 'Manager' is impossible to get hold of, no replies to any of my emails, I had to call multiple times a day for over a week with staff telling me 'He's in a meeting we'll call in 10 minutes' to which I would never receive a call. Same thing over and over. Staff on the phone are extremely rude, as well as the manager Alex. After constant phone calls to receive money to cover the cost to fix the hole in my wall, I was told I would be reimbursed, but only received part of the cost to fix this, so now I am not only out of pocket to fix the damage done by this company, but I have now have a hole in my TV cabinet which is still 'being investigated' as the movers are denying it.

I was reluctant to use any removalist company for my move, but my girlfriend insisted, so we booked these guys in for an afternoon move.

Not only were they BANG on time, they were friendly, polite and i have never seen 3 guys work so hard and fast in my life. Everything was handled with care, and the attention to detail was fantastic. All three guys managed to load the truck quickly (based on previous experiences i had expected one guy to just stand around and "supervise" but this was not the case at all) and the skill/talent to pack the truck as cleverly as they did, has to be admired.

I also appreciated how professional they looked in a suitable and function style of uniform - you can tell these guys take this job seriously and there appearance just enhanced that.

The boxes were great (i didn't pack many myself) but i was constantly told how great they were and how stress free the whole lead up to the big day had been because of them!! The fact they are FREE is still impressive to me, i would of been prepared to hire them.

Overall an awesome experience. Moving is often something you try not to do to regularly, but based on this experience i wouldn't think twice about moving again tomorrow if i had too. id like to express my thanks to all concerned within the company who helped us from start to finish.

We had a to move a lot of furniture from a 2 bedroom plus study unit, into a 3 bedroom house. This was done on a Saturday morning just been. The Driveway of where we used to live was VERY steep and you couldn't fit a truck down. This wasn't an issue for the 2 gentlemen that came down (Cant remember there names at the moment, but will update soon). They parked at the bottom of the Drive, and had the 8 tonne truck filled with in 2 hours, not once stopping for a break. At the new house they had the entire truck unloaded and ready to go with in 45 mins. Not only where they quick, there wasn't a single mark on any of the walls, and not one of our items was damaged or scratched. They where also both very friendly, always checking where things needed to go before unloading from the truck. I will be using them again in the future.
