very friendly service- but unfortunately, they are normally very busy, so you do need to be prepared to wait. They offer a self-serve option to purchase credit now which is very helpful when you are in a rush

I have been with Optus for about 10 years. They have the cheapest telephone rates compared to other companies. And now with Broadband they have the most fantastic plans available.Optus is an excellent company and trust worthy.

I have been with Optus for about 8 years and there service is excellent. I buy my mobile recharge from them and they give you value for you money eg. recharge $30 and they give you $170 to use in one month which is worth it and cheaper than other companies. When you recharge now they give you bonuses with Optus always win. Highly recommended.Excellent customer service.

i wouldnt use any other optus to me have been the best i been with them for 14years and have the same plan and they let me keep it and allways ring me each 6months to see if i am happy with the service

i left optus recently - had terrible service as every other msg would come in as 'incomplete' and not open... felt like a tool having to ask people to resend the msgs or call them and ask what they wrote. and it wasn't my mobile that was faulty because i tried the simcard in other phones and it still did the same thing. plus there are much better value caps out there these days for low-medium-level users, i'm on one now that i only pay 20 bucks a month and get 300 worth of calls etc. how awesome is that?

I recently switched over from optus because the plans they offer are not as good as other mobile carriers and I had some trouble with other services including internet. The customer service was ok, nothing out of the ordinary but the reception was really good. There are other cap plans out there with more value though.

The network is really really good. However, the plan is not very cheap. Their customer service, no matter in store or on the phone is very nice as well.

I have my mobile phone with Optus, have had for as long as I have had a mobile phone (about 13 years). I never have a problem with them and every couple of years (usually sooner) they will upgrade my handset for free to one of my choice (I love gadgets). There are many great plans available for both prepaid and credit phones

I am on the Fusion $69 plan. Its a lot less that what we were paying when with Telstra. I have had no problems with broadband service or home phone. Customer service was excellent. I tried to get see if I could get the new deal where its $39 for 6 months on a 24 month plan but no such luck as its only for new customers.

We have our mobile , home phones & internet with Optus. The package deals are great, as are the capped plans. Overall good value for money, especially the capped mobile plans. the help you get from them on the net is little slow but very helpfull
