Contractor rang prior to appointment, presented himself well. Inspected all rooms to have the carpet cleaning and informed on us on the method. We did move some furniture to make it easier and for best results, cleaner was happy to move other furniture. Also cleaned additional rugs. Very happy

I had this company clean my carpets. The next day my carpet was covered in white patches. The cleaner returned to remove the marks while my mother inlaw was home. He was only there 15 mins and I have no idea what he did as it made no difference to the marks on the carpet.
Upon contacting the cleaner to discuss he blamed me and said he didnt know what the problem was. I asked him to return so I could show him the problem with his response being he would not return unless I paid. I explained that as a customer I wasnt happy with the carpets. He continued to blame me and kept telling me his equipment is the best. After trying to negotiate with him he informed me he was done with this and hung up on me.
This resulted in me contacting another carpet cleaning company who bent over backwards to assist me with this issue. They were also able to remove the marks on the carpet and informed me that previous cleaner had used to much product on the carpet. A very expensive carpet clean resulting in me paying two different people to get the result.
I would never recommend this company or use them ever again after the way I was treated.
