I had the most horrible, tough pet stains, that no one was able to remove... until I met Terry. Amazing result! Fantastic customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable price. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

"Terry" from STAIN BUSTER'S work is absolutely amazing. The results I recieved were nothing short of miraculous. Oil & Grease stains were completely removed. Job was done professionally & courteously. Terry is on top of his game using the latest equiptment avaliable. His wealth of knowledge in his field is also outstanding & commendable. My young children spilled red cordial in the living area and bedrooms. It was disasterous, the stains were huge. I tried to remove the stain myself but gave up. Because I was busy the stain was left two weeks before I called anyone for help. The stain was cemented into the carpet. I was sure I had to replace all carpets. I called Terry at Stain Busters and he was certain he could remove these impossible stains.
To my surprise Terry removed these locked in red cordial stains!!!! I was stunned. We do have pets and we live in a rental property and the amount of dirt that came out of our carpet was horrific. The result was carpet that was stain free and smelt fresh. The method used is different to conventional carpet cleaners. I have recommended Terry to friends. Don't try other gimmik carpet cleaners. I now wouldn't ever use anybody else.

After trying other carpet cleaning "cowboys", Terry was a breath of fresh air. He was very thorough in explaining the process to me, and the end result was exactly what I had hoped. Would highly recommend Stain Busters.

We are a 7 days a week pharmacy so finding time to polish the floor proved difficult. Terry was more than accommodating working after hours. Terry is passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. Floors look amazing. He made sure we were comfortable with the aftercare also. Would definitely recommend him.

Here it goes like this, every time we need a carpet clean we google carpet cleaning businesses. We find someone other than we used last time and the one before, hoping this time carpet will be cleaned the way it should and obviously it wont, so we google some other company the next time round and the loop goes on, and i think its fair to say that many of the reviewers here may have felt the same way until we ALL found "Terry". He is a business owner with a vision, a great listener, he understands our carpets (low end to high end like silk/furr) inside out. With 2 kids around our carpet had stains from food, spills, panadol.. you name it, and they are all gone So anyone reading this review thinking of doing a carpet clean with any kind of stains and patches look no further than Terry. He is a Hard find. All the best terry with your business expansion, hope you find a right person to join your team (anyone looking for a carpet cleaning businesss pls call him). Terry from Stain Busters was not only professional, courteous and on time, he was also a pleasure to meet. He's friendly and helpful and really made me feel like a valued client. His advice and knowledge was extensive and there wasn't a question he didn't have an answer for. What I liked most, is he wasn't rushed. He didn't make me feel like he needed to get the jump done fast and move on to the next job... He sat down and explained everything to me before and after the actual carpet cleaning. He clearly cares, about his clients and about the service he offers. My carpets were thoroughly cleaned and he managed to remove some old blood stains on my white wool carpet that my cat left after devouring a rat! The last carpet cleaner I used didn't manage it, so I'm really impressed Terry was able to save my formal lounge carpet from that nightmare! I will use Terry for all my carpet cleaning needs in to the future. Oh, he also ensured there were no water patches left on my floorboards from his equipment to ensure no accidental slips. Like I said, he really cares! Highly recommend. He's the best.

For reference, I had the equivalent of 8 large rooms, a flight of carpeted stairs, a hallway and a very expensive large silk rug steam cleaned on this visit.

Terry was lovely, very quick and responsive, and did a fantastic job in cleaning the carpets in our unit.

Terry doesn't just offer the best value for money carpet cleaning service I have ever used - he is also a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares about his work and customers.
He has rescued my cream-coloured carpets on two occasions now - completely removing a large amount of vomit the first time, and then automotive grease which had been walked through the house.
He is able and very willing to give great advice over the phone about what to do with the mess/stain while waiting for him to get to it.
He also did a superb job of cleaning and revitalising my much-loved but very tired looking lounge suite.
I cannot recommend Stain Busters highly enough - absolute top quality service.

We needed our carpets and our white leather lounge suite looking perfect for a bank valuation. Terry was on time, helpful, friendly and his work was excellent. The 30 year old carpets are now spotless, and the leather lounge is now white again. Other companies / products we've used in the past haven't yielded results anywhere near as good, so I will definitely book Terry / Stainbusters again in the future. Terry also gave me a very helpful sheet on how to remove any future stains, before they set. I actually offered to pay him more than he quoted, since I was so happy with his work, but he wouldn't take it. Terry is seriously fantastic. I highly recommend Stain Busters / Terry.

Had an urgent stain removal job first thing this morning, frantically googled trying to find someone and i had Terry here and the stain completely gone within an hour or so.. i was amazed to say the least. I thought my expensive mattress was completely ruined

Terry attended to a unit we have, our so called experienced Property Managers insisted that the carpet stains would not be able to be removed and told us we needed to totally replace all the carpets. Terry did a fantastic job and the stains were removed. I will suggest to our former PM and also our current PM that they all use Stain Busters in future. Awesome!!

Provide very professional, very thorough and affordable services. They are very accommodating. after they was done I know strait away that my carpet's was sparkling clean and smells so clean and fresh. I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone they even clean a old recliner that was heavily soiled and now it looks almost new again.

Terry did a miraculous job in our office, where the carpet had not been cleaned in a decade and was heavily stained. It has lifted the appearance of our office enormously. I called Stain Busters to remove red wine and candle wax stains from a cream couch and I can't speak highly enough of Stain Busters Carpet Cleaning. Today I had Terry clean 6.5 carpeted rooms, 3 rugs and our leather lounge suites. Although I didn't have any visible stains due to the carpets only being 2 years old, the result is still wonderful. My white lounge doesn't look grey anymore either. Terry was kind enough to also spot clean a micro suede dining chair that had pen marks on it. Thank you Terry, see you again in 12 months.

I had stains that needed removal urgently, as the property is leased short term basis and also receives guest reviews. Terry was able to attend the property within the requested time frame and was also able to remove all of the stains. Very pleased with the work and would definitely use his services again.

Bad stain on carpet , made much worse by us trying to get it out using vanish! Terry arrived on time and spent under one hour working on the stain. Although he couldn't actually remove the initial stain, he did manage to reduce the size of the damaged stained area, which looks a lot better than it did before he started! After almost four years trouble-free with our wool carpets, we had a major disaster just days before our house was to be listed for sale: our son was ill with a tummy bug and bright red Powerade ended up staining our light grey wool carpet. Panicked, I called some local cowboy dry carpet cleaner who just made it worse. Terry literally came to our rescue. He gave us good advice to keep the stain damp until he could come out here to treat it. Once he started working on it, imagine our surprise when the bright pink stain began to fade and then by the time he was finished, it was completely gone. I thought the stain was there for good. To be honest, Terry described how tricky food colouring stains are (especially with wool carpets!) and we are just so fortunate that he knows what he's doing! Terry is so knowledgeable and such a professional. I wish I could give him higher than 5/5 for service and quality. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

Today I had five bedrooms, a lounge and rug cleaned. One of my children had a large patch of texta on 100% wool carpets. I had had "drycleaners" in to fix the problem previously which made absolutely no difference. Terry managed to treat the stain and remove it completely. I feel so frustrated I spent money at a large national drycleaning company previously and would highly recommend Terry with his knowledge in the industry. He was prompt, reasonably priced but most importantly gave the most exceptional service. The texta had been in the carpet for well over a year. I am MORE than impressed!
