Steam cleaning and stain removal (cat pee). Terry was very friendly and gave me lots of advice on how to deal with future stains. Stainbusters were also able to take the job on a 24h notice, which I really appreciate. The job was 3 rooms and a stain, that took Terry only an hour to do. Stain was completely gone, he even did the hallway for free, and I got a great quote. Will definitely recommend these guys!

Terry came to clean a very large (2 bottle) red wine stain out of our carpet. He was prompt and efficient and did an amazing job of getting the carpet clean in no time at all. I would definitely use stain busters again for any carpet cleaning.

I had my carpets, rugs and lounge suite steam cleaned. Terry had this huge powerful machine that did everything and could be taken up to the apartment in one go. We asked if he would like some help moving the furniture, but he said he could do it all himself. And he did - every nook and cranny under every piece of furniture was cleaned - and cleaned really well. The rugs looked like new and the sofa which was had a bad stain on it came, was spotless. The price was really reasonable. Probably because he only took just over two hours to do all the work. The other companies told me this would take 6 hours and quoted accordingly. The end result was great - so all I can say is that the lesser hours and price was because of the excellent equipment that Terry used. In addition, both Terry and Karen were very helpful when making the booking and assisting with receipts, etc. And just a lovely couple to boot. Used Stain Busters twice in June 2013 to clean carpets in two different houses. I found Terry great, really knows his stuff, cleaned the carpets really thoroughly and was so flexible in terms of times he could clean the carpets. He just made the whole process very easy and hassle free.

Last week I had my 2 sofas (cream with burgundy & grey stripes) steam-cleaned (by someone else) and the dye ran on one of the cushions. What an eye-sore! Terry was asked if he would come and have a look at the problem and see whether he could find a solution. On Thursday evening he arrived, looked at the cushion, explained that it can be very difficult to remove colour dye stains but would give it his best shot, and took it away. Today (yes I know it's Sunday) he brought back the cushion looking like new. I couldn't believe it!! An absolute miracle worker. Terry kept me informed throughout the entire process and I found him to be genuine, passionate about his work and a true professional. I am very, very impressed.

Our carpet is over 20 years old, quite flat and had some nasty stains on it. We really were on the edge of buying new carpet but thought we'd get a professional to give it go first.
Terry helped us to shift the furniture, cleaned the carpets and gave us good advice on how to keep them in good condition.
The carpets themselves are a nice vibrant colour that I haven't seen in years, the stains that I thought would be impossible to remove are all but invisible and the pile is actually soft again.
Well worth the price.

Really nasty blue ink dye stain on wool sisal carpet! DISASTER! Terry from Stain Busters not only removed a great deal of it (nearly invisible), he was also able to give me an easy to read information sheet on different stains and their treatment.

I would thoroughly recommend Stain Busters. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the service was awesome. Terry was very professional and friendly. We had 4 rooms with carpet cleaned, one in particular was our lounge room, which was very dirty due to our elderly mother walking in from outside and not cleaning her feet. We truly thought we would have to replace the carpet. All the stains were removed and the carpet looked like new. I will definetly use them again and also recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had three highly soiled, cream bedroom carpets cleaned in preparation for a home open. I paid $100 to a previous company to remove stains from a carpet in one small room, they were unsuccessful in removing the stains. I then rang stain busters, got 6 carpets cleaned and stains removed in 2 rooms for $200. The outcome was fantastic the carpets looked like new. The custumer service was superb, very friendly and quick to call out and do the job. I am extremely happy with their service

Terry came to clean a 5 seater lounge . He did a fantastic job was here on time, very polite and willing to go the extra mile. I couldn't be happier. He is coming back in a fortnight to do the carpets. Ring this man FIRST, you will not be disappointed.

I had my carpets and lounge chairs cleaned and i must say i was very impressed with the service, price and overall outcome of the final job, i have used many carpet cleaning services before but have found that they look clean to begin with then after a day or so the stains re-appear, stain busters definitely gave me a 100% professional job, my carpets and lounges look like they are brand new, the service and the value for money was very reasonable, and everything was explained on how their product works, i will definitely be using stain busters again and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of new looking carpets or lounges.

Around 1 litre of coke on a white upholstered chair! Argh! Not only did he manage to remove the stain but he cleaned the remaining 5 chairs also. Fabulous job, gave advice and plenty of helpful tips including a stain removal chart for those unfortunate but all to common accidents. Went above and beyond any expectation.

Terry from Stainbusters in Perth came to clean my house as I was exiting a 4 year tenancy. He was great and cleaned carpets throughout our 4x2, plus tiles in the kitchen. He performed admirably on a stinking hot day! Great value, service and quality.

I had an emergency situation as an end of lease tenant faced with a carpet stain that a bunch of companies had said couldn't be removed. I had already moved out and the inspection was done. The owner told me she wouldn't release the bond until I took care of the stain. With a new tenant about to move in the next day, and my bond withheld because of the stain, I was frantic to get help at short notice. That help came from Terry, the very pleasant owner of "Stain Busters". He came out on a Saturday - the same day as my call - to try to remove a stain that had been made worse by the company I had used to clean the carpets the day before. He did the job, completely removing the stain!! I couldn't be happier! He came at short notice, on a Saturday and his fee was more than reasonable. I cannot recommend him and his company, "Stain Busters" highly enough. If you need a professional who does a great job and cares about his work - this is the company to call. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about "Magic Dry" that had "cleaned" the carpets the day before and which had made the stain worse.
