Old house built in 1928 with blocked sewarage line with upstairs renovated in 1970's to include 2 bathrooms etc. First along came Luke who did a thorough job of mapping 40m of lines, clearing and determining where relining was required. Not an easy task as having tried all points of entry he had only one choice and that was to remove the downstairs bowl to complete as this was where the main blockage occured. Then Kieran and Chad appeared to do the relining in 3 points through 2 days, this was because upstairs joined at different points along the main line. This was completed as fast as they could will little inconvenience since one reline had to cure overnight and blocked main line for that period. All the guys mentioned were courteous, professional and completed their work within minimal time frames with the end result being the line cleared and relined where required. Frankly the guys were great and have given me a new appreciation of my unseen underground sewargae line and the entry points from various points in the house. To fix by replacing would have required a massive effort including digging up under the house which I am sure would have been a massive task and involved major inconvenience. To all thanks for a great job with as little inconvenience as possible.

I had been having problems with a sewer blockage for some time now- my plumber initially came in and plunged the drain hoping the problem would be solved but it continued to be a problem when using my sink, washing machine, toilet, shower, dishwasher etc

It worsened over the past fortnight- down to very short showers and laundromat-ting! As my plumber was interstate, I thought I would wait for him- he had suggested that we dig up my backyard on his return.

However, in his continued absence, as the drain was about to overflow, I called 'The Drain Man' yesterday (Sunday) hoping that the equipment that firm uses (drain clearing machine, in drain camera with recording/locating equipment, water pressure jetter etc) would identify exactly where the blockage was... and hopefully find an alternative to digging up the whole or part my courtyard paving!

And the wonderful Luke found the problem today (Monday). He arrived within the allotted time and with the camera/water jetter equipment found the blockage occurred on my neighbor's property under a new artificial grass installation where a new pipe had blocked off my drain. Luke investigated next door, liaised with my neighbor and her plumber- beyond my expectations. It took 1.5 hours.

I am SOOOO happy with Luke's work and investigation.... and thrilled that my backyard won't be dug up. I celebrated with a 5 minute shower! Thank you Luke!

Keiran and Jamie came right on time at 7.30 and got into the job straight away. They were very efficient and quickly located the blocked area. They were able to track the drain which went in a different route to what we had thought.
The technology is amazing. They were able to visually confirm other drains were in great condition despite us living in a densely treed area.
Yes a little expensive but in1 1/2 hours solved out problem

We had 6 lines laid in a complex drainage project of 4 days duration. In drain management terms, given the age and deterioration of our drains, this was a major project.

The walls in my house are cracking in certain areas. Had my builder inspect under house and he found that it was very wet in areas. He suggested getting my drains checked. I used google to find The Drain Man. Making the appointment was easy, staff member was very professional and polite. Luke and Jamie came out they arrived an hour early which was fine, they checked all the drains and sewer, communicated with me on costs what they had found, they showed me the camera/tv screen so I could see myself. Our first contact was from Ben, who was at our place from about 8.30am until after 5pm. He worked non-stop assessing the problem, clearing all drains and quote for the further work needed. We were very impressed with his attitude and determination to ensure a top job. Following that, we were serviced by several men over a few days, as they inserted the lining necessary to completely seal and isolate the system from future problems. Again we found a total commitment to excellence with very polite and obliging attitudes. They left the place spotless, after what was necessarily a huge job. We have recommended The Drain Man to a nearby neighbour who need similar work done.

Blocked Drains, rang Brendan on a saturday morning, and have Shaun, one of this training plumbers out on site that afternoon, fix the problem with in 1hr.
