Had a blockage in a storm water drain pipe. Was extremely impressed with the professional way Ben went about his task.
He kept us informed with what he was doing, showing us the camera view and describing the processes he was using to clear the substantial blockage- which included several rocks larger than a golf ball! Extremely efficient and polite service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Ben from the Drainman arrived at 6am Friday morning to clear a kitchen disconnector trap on a rear wall of my house. Nothing was a bother. I couldn't have hoped for a more friendly guy who ensured this "elderly" knew what was being done and why.

A metre down,using CCTV, he identified tree roots,grease and fats were the cause of the blockage. Ben also checked the sewer drain and storm water drainage. No probs there.

Within two hours problems resolved he headed off.

Had blocked stormwater and also had blocked sewer issues in the past. Ben carried out a CCTV inspection on all drains and found tree roots in the sewer pipe and a broken section in the storm water drain in the backyard. He explained all that he was doing and gave me options on how to have things fixed. I got a quote to have a section of the sewer relined which I will get the Drain Man to do in the near future. He cleared the blockage in the stormwater which no other plumber would have been able to find without a lot of digging, also checked and cleared the blocked downpipes. Ben was fantastic, he made sure that all drains were cleared and working before he left. A big plus was that the dog loved him as well. The best thing is that I will no longer dread hearing rain fall as I know my stormwater system will now cope.

I had not slept for 2 weeks while it was raining in Melbourne. My storm water was blocked. I am a busy professional and wanted it fixed. I called TDM and was surprised at the cost. They were not the cheapest but I wanted a quality job done. Sean [Shaun] was like a pipe surgeon, he did an a great job! On time, professional, knowledgable and efficient. My drain is cleared and I can sleep again in even the heaviest downpours! Peace of mind is priceless and I wholly recommend TDM. Drainman was contacted to clear a problem sewer for us. When booking we were given a four hour window of when they would attend, but also informed we would get a phone call prior to arrival. Luke rang us about 30 minutes before arriving which was good. Job was eventually completed, and Luke continued to explain what he was doing and what the on going costs were. The job took a little longer than expected, but this was not caused by lack of work/effort by Luke. Overall we were very happy with the service, and Luke did a great job and explained everything in layman's terms.
