I would highly recommend The Drain Man. Everyone you deal with is very friendly and efficient from the girl who answers the phone to all the plumbers. I phoned first thing on a Friday morning and Jonathan and his team were there by that afternoon. They located the blockage, fixed it promptly and came back after the weekend and installed a lining so it would not happen again. The Drain Man was sent by Yarra Valley Water to deal with an ongoing blocked sewer. Jaimes's service was quick, efficient, and clean. He was friendly and courteous, he kept us informed and fulfilled all our expectations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of this company.

After having problems with our toilets blocking up, bathroom basins, kitchen and laundry outlets draining slowly, we called The Drain Man. Booking the service call was handled very professionally, and Emilio phoned us 40 minutes prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way. After inspecting our drains, he explained that we didn't have any blockages, that the problem was a choked sewer in Sydney Water's manhole. He was very pleasant and through, and contacted Sydney Water to report the problem, and organised for them to make an emergency visit. We would not hesitate to call The Drain Man again if we have another problem.
