After hearing some horror stories I was a little reluctant to try Tiger, but my flights were perfectly fine! No delays at all - in fact we landed 5-10mins early each time, and the crew were noticeably friendly. For a budget airline, I was very impressed.

I was originally disappointed with Tiger but since I have flown over ten times on $20 flights, and been ahead of schedule, on time or just plain smooth. I haven't had any further problems since my two delayed flights a year ago. I am pleased with their service lately and it has been better then Jetstar!!

have had several flights with tiger but chose not to go rather than be stranded mid city stop overs

you can't find a cheaper flight than tiger. i have had no problems with canceled or delayed flights however i am aware that others have experienced this problem. don't make connections too tight when flying tiger

what can you say about the prices.... they are unbelievable when you compare them to over carriers. i don't have anything negative to say about the times i have flown with them. they ran on time, the flight was smooth, and best of all, it cost next to nothing.

My family and I flew with Tiger to the Gold Coast. Planes left on time in both directions and the cabin staff were great, especially when our youngest child was ill.

Wasn't expecting a whole lot here but for value for money flying with tiger is the most inexpensive experience you could have, providing times aren't important as they experience long delays and you need to check in hours in advance.

Tiger airways is the cheapest airline. I brought my ticket on the internet to go to the Goldcoast in February for $49.95 one way which other airline companies had it more expensive so I saved about $40 each way. Tiger aeroplanes are so comfortable. They have terrific customer service.

I have booked many flights next year to go and visit my 4 year old and 2 year old sons in Adelaide (I live in Melbourne) and Tiger have sent me change of flight details meaning that instead of me leaving really early on a Saturday morning and getting to spend the entire weekend with my kids, I now leave at 3pm which means I get one day with them a month.

Furthermore, when I called to complain about this, I was actually YELLED at by the "customer service" operator! imagine that.

When they offered me a refund, I was told that it would take 2 weeks to transfer the money to me. I asked to speak with a manager and they said that they do not transfer call through.

It's not enough to be a cheap ANYTHING in business, there has to be value. I do not see Tiger as being valuable, they are JUST cheap.

Tiger airways is the cheapest price on air fares compared to other companies. They have the best customer service.I highly recommend this airline to everyone to used because you are getting a good bargain on your air fare. They also serve excellent snack food on the plane which you must pay for. Overall, it is all worth it.
