Very Cheap! but you get what you pay for = poor service and delays for the past 6 times i have flown with them. The terminal for Tullamarine needs refurbishment ASAP!

Every time I've flown with them there's been a drama,flight didn't leave,flight got delayed,hidden fees,rude staff,it goes on and on.theyre not in mackay anymore as they did so badly.will never fly with them again.

The quality and service is very standard, given that the prices you pay can be ridiculously cheap. I've managed to buy $50 return tickets to Melbourne. However, the check-in gates and terminals are quite old, planes are very old, and staff not the cheeriest. However if you're looking for a cheap domestic flight, I'd recommend this. Just don't be late!

Flight got cancelled so we couldnt get another flight till the next day unless we spent heaps more to buy from another carrier but we had booked this 4 months in advance to go to a wedding so lucky we booked 3 days before the wedding otherwise we would have missed it..NEVER AGAIN..

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever,I will influence my taekwondo team of 200+,fellow families and friends NOT TO USE THEM OR EVEN CONSIDER THINKING ABOUT THE DISLOYAL,rip off airline,paid something like $400 for a return airfare.rude and smart remarks and morale destroyers.
To top it up, they lost my sports bag at the airport.no one helped ,offered nor even bothered.
so let's point it out again
-worst customer service
let's not forget being rude and arrogant.
-disloyal charging me hidden fees when I asked if there was and wrong total amount
-charging me $85.00 rescheduling fee when originally it's 29.99,yes that's right,30 bucks return.do the maths.
-losing my bag and holding me back almost 2 hours.

I have flown only once on Tiger and I can't say I was overly impressed. As the saying goes you really do get what you pay for and in this case it is true. 

The service that they offer is basic but they are a discount airline. Huge surcharge's for your luggage if anything over weight. Take your comfy shoe's as the walk to and from the plane is a trek.

I have flown once before on Tiger and would describe the experience as average - you really do get what you pay for. The service that they offer is minimal but so are the costs. Be prepared to pay extra charges for baggage, carry on luggage and an expensive credit card surcharge.

I've flown with Tiger many times, and have had many flight delays with them. The worst was when they cancelled a flight the night before travel, forcing the purchase of alternative flights on a competitor, at astronomical prices! And, of course, they don't care.

My tip is to look at their airfare sales, and try and get JetStar to price match them.

I enjoyed my flights with Tiger. They were on time and the staff were really friendly. I would fly with them again.

Tiger does what it advertises it will do. The cost of a cheap airfare is horrendous service and flight stuff-ups. The last time I flew with them, I received an email 3 hours before my flight to tell me it had been cancelled. There were no other flights to take with Tiger that night. While I received a refund on my cheap ticket, I had to pay several hundred dollars to fly from Canberra to Melbourne at short notice with another airline. Not worth it!
