Can sometimes take a while to get someone on the phone if you have an inquiry, but prices are amongst the cheapest around for broadband and the new mobile caps are amazing value. Never had any service issues.

We have been with TPG for almost 5 years. The experience with them is mixes. Sometime, they are pretty good, sometime they are very very bad. If you wanna call them, make sure you have a book in hand, otherwise, you need to hold the phone for at least 10 to 15 minutes with nothing to do.

My experience with TPG has been mixed. They offer fantastic Internet plans and their service has been almost perfect.Customer service on the other hand needs a lot of work. Calling their overseas help desk (I think they said Manila) requires a lot of patience. Luckily my husband is an IT geek and rarely need to contact them. Hopefully now that they have merged with SOUL Internet, it will improve. It is however a great value for money especially not being charged excess usage which can cost an arm an leg if you do go over your purchased plan.

Not very good technical support. Great prices on plans provided. No fees on upgrading or downgrading your plan out of contract. Helps if you know what you should be getting from your service if you use them.

I have been with TPG for more than 2 years now. They are by far the best ISP in australia. They offer massive downloads at minimal prices and contracts much shorter than the 24 month contracts that most companys' offer. There internet service and speed are also excellent. Their call center is in some far eastern country but I think it is a small price to pay if it keeps the price of the internet low.

Requested an ADSL connection for my home internet and they were prompt and professional in all aspects of the install and explaining what to do and how. Pricing for their services is good as is the offered monthly download limits.

I am new to tpg but have so far found it amazing compared to my previous provider. The customer service is amazing and our Internet is super fast. Our downloads are done in a flash and the value for money is pretty much unbeatable!

Great plan! Customer service is very friendly for whenever I have any issues. There is hardly any downtime.
The download rate is also very fast and it is so easy to sign up and use. I registered to get TPG and within 3 days I was up and running.
