As a family of 5 we have the need for a lot of download and with the most popular plan you can get a whopping 50gb download each month which is more than enough for our useage. We now longer get throttled by about the third week of each month. They were helpful in getting things set up for us.

Great value Internet and Phone packages. They offer you free IPTV and cheap mobile phone plans with your Internet plans. Unbeatable price and not bad quality. Sometimes service line is hard to call. But they can solve your problem as quick as their can. Trustable.

Spent over five years with TPG, why??
Continuous connection problems, drop outs, long wait times for support. A regular pattern of connection issues that went on and on and on until I braved their support line for a half hour to be told nothing wrong with my connection. But for some reason the issues would be resolved within ten or so minutes after my call, only to resume again in a few days.

At one time I contacted this service to get Internet on in my home, I have my credit card details and money was taken from my credit card before my application had even been processed, had to wait over 3 months for refund

The reason it didn't get 4 stars from me is because I suspect there may be some speed problem for me. I am not entirely sure because it may be due my modem's fault, or the fact I use Linux not Windows, as well as a Wi-fi receiver for this computer I'm typing from.

In terms of pricing and download quota, it is amongst the top.

Can't say support service is good because they put me on the waiting queue forever once and I never got to an operator.

I've used TPG for about a year now, and have not needed to contact any representative from the very beginning. From the convenience of my own home, I just signed up for their services online, and waited a few days before my internet was churned over to their ADSL2+ service. Very efficient, fast and good value for money. Their IPTV is a bonus to all their ADSL2+ packages and we enjoy watching the news on Aljazeera.

I have been using TPG internet for many years and found the connection speed and price are at the top list of all internet providers. I have no complaint about any of the services and I have just upgraded my internet access to a higher quota.

I am on the 70GB/month ADSL2+ plan with TPG. I have only ever had to ring tech support once (in about a year and a half). I was on hold for approximately 10 minutes, but once I got through a technician was sent out to check the line (found and fixed a problem) and everything was working 100% fine within a day. Overall great value, and the service is as good as can be expected given the price.

I had tpg for a while. The service was good when it worked but if you needed assistance expect long wait times on the phone. overall not the worst isp

Internet connected, fast connection, however sometimes doesn't work and customer service when you ring is not very good. The price is very good though, very competitive with other internet providers.
