We have bought several mobile phones from them on a plan. We always find their mobile plans offer great value for money and they always seem to have the best deals. Free calls between virgin phones.

Have 4 mobiles with Virgin. Love the free phone calls virgin to virgin, as mainly have the mobiles to keep in touch with family, great to do this without cost. Disappointed that the contract on the phones was 24mths but warranty only 12mths

I have been with them for years, first on a phone account then on prepay. The phone account was great but they left me with a default from the last bill which I paid, then due to the time lapsed they couldnt give me any information about it when I asked. Apart from that incident they have been very good and I think their customer service is acceptable. The mobile broadband we had put on was terrible and cut out all the time was actually slower than dial up but you got free home phone calls with it.

mobile phone contract iv have had no problems with this company ive asked for sim cards and they have been delivered in 3 days also staf are friendly although they could brush up on speaking to deaf people

this is a great service if you have family and friends also on virgin. virgin offers free text and free calls to other virgin users. they also have some great deals for plans with free phones like other services

the new post paid plan offered by virgin "ROLLOVER CAP" is NOT A GOOD ROLLOVER PLAN. CONDITION: "Any unused monthly included Talk & Text rolls over to the following month only and is used after the following month's included Talk & Text is exhausted."

Best for prepaid mobiles if u dont use ur fone often like me. Prepaid recharge vouchers can be bought from 15% sales at kmart which is great value. I always buy $100 recharge at 15% off.

Attempted to transfer a pre-paid service from my old provider to virgin. Had trouble porting the number over for a start. the customer service operators all have American ascents [we're in Australia], call center must be over there. The porting took longer than expected and if that wasn't enough there were tech problems on my account as well. Closed the account.
