I have been with Vodafone for the best part of 8 years. Their automated phone drives me up the wall when you try to call about something. Went into one of their branches & staff were extremely rude. I am now in the throws of tossing them away. With a spend of over $80.00 a month.

vodafone was my first and only provider, i have had a great time with them. the prepaid 365 plan is such a great service for low spenders that only want a phone for emergencies, such as kids.

I have been a Vodafone customer for 8 years now and am very happy all these time. Customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. When they stop a particular plan they didn't terminate exsisting customers plan and still letting us use that plan. Very happy!

Been a long time Vodafone customer, got a plan instaead of prepay. The bill came in way over expected, and as I was new to the plan, they took $100 off my bill and arranged a payment plan quickly,to help me without affecting my credit rating.

I have been with Vodafone for a while and find them to be very good value. Recently I was signing up to a new contract and they were able to do me a very good deal on the phone I wanted, even though it wasn't included on the plan I wanted. They also provide great loyalty incentives.

I have been on a vodafone plan for 15 months now. They were great when I signed up, helped me work out the cheapest plan for me, even gave me lots of tips to reduce my mobile bill. The customer service has always been great

We have a Vodafone pre paid mobile, and we love. The service is great and the top up credits are so easy to use. Also the customer service, on the few times Ive had to use it, was wonderful too.

I have had a $49 cap plan for about a year. It's been ok for the price, but I've had 3 major problems.

First, bad reception. I work in an office building and I find if I am not near the windows, or out in an open space like the lobby downstairs, the reception is very bad.

Second, related to the first, alot of the phone calls I'm on are dropped. They just cut out for no reason. Very inconvenient when during a conversation.

Third, bad customer service. Whenever I call the 1555 number with a query, I wait at least 15 minutes before I talk to a human being. Then usually I need to be transferred because I've ended up in the wrong area due to the voice automated system obviously not having a brain of its own, does not know who I want to speak to and about what. Even after I finally get in contact with the right person, they don't answer my query satisfactorily.

Example. I recently got a new blackberry pearl. It took me half an hour on the 1555 line to get 2 conflicting answers to my question, and after verifying my identity 3 times to different people after they forwarded me on to other departments. Fed up, I dropped by a store to confirm and the 5 attendants there did not have a straight answer to my question. I just wanted to know whether I had to pay extra for the data service on my blackberry or whether I could use the data already included in my $49 cap.

After ringing a customer service line himself, one of the attendants finally confirmed with me that I indeed need to have a separate service because the blackberries use different sockets for the internet to other phones. Such a simple answer, but why did it take so long for these customer service "experts" to tell me this? Such a frustrating experience.

I am going to pay $250 (half my monthly fee for every month remaining in the contract) just to exit the contract and join someone else. The exit fees are criminal too, how can they charge so much when they are the ones with the bad service?
