I signed up to this because the lady was very clever and made me feel guilty about what I can afford to give my son when he's older. But then realised they had charged me over $300 for the privilege! This is before a cent went into my son's account!!! I also realised later that there were about $100 payable every year to them! I told them to cancel my account and return my money which they refused to do until I threatened them with legal action! My advice is be very careful with this company, they're 100% in it for the money! don't be fooled by the $1000's they will promise your kids! you only get your money back minus $1000's of fees!

This Total Care is brilliant! Best money I've ever spent as I've had to call them a few times for tow trucks, flat battery, keys. They even pay for taxi to and from mechanic!

Good experience opening a business account, although they sent me home then rang me 2 days later as I didn't sign all paperwork. I wasn't happy then. Good bank, great service over the phone.

Good pizza, a bit different to all the rest, which is great. Sometimes a bit slow to deliver but I guess they're busy. delivery driver is a star, you can tell he really wants you to enjoy the pizza :)

Extremely poor and unknowledgeable service. Rude, arrogant, etc. There are plenty of other better companies that deserve your money more.

They pulled every trick in the book to try and not pay, which is almost accepted when it comes to insurance. However, the level of 'service' that I received is unforgivable.

They will disregard your excellent history, police papers, etc and just assume you're a fraudster, etc. It is shameful behaviour from them. My advice is: find someone else to insure you. I've been with other comps for years (never a problem making a claim) but ended up with GIO via a cruel twist of fate. The staff are aggressive and stubborn. Of course I got paid in the end, but only after months of not being able to drive my car.... still waiting for an apology from somebody!
