Smart Sell came to our rescue when we had to clear some lovely but excess furniture from our parents' home.
They offer a service to people who are not confident using E-bay or haven't the time to photograph,list and sell their items themselves- like us! This was all done for us and all but one item was sold within a set time frame, on commission.

Clearing my stepfather's house {practically single handed} prior to sale & settlement was made a great deal easier when I found Dan the Scrap man's flyer in my mail box. Check out his website to see just what can be recycled!
For a very reasonable fee {$50} Dan brought his truck to Langwarrin and removed from the house a very large fridge, an enormous TV, a washing machine and a large microwave.
In addition, I was able to dispose of a collection of ancient electrical appliances, cooking utensils etc. as we were readying the house for inspection.

Dan keeps a skip outside his premises so recyclables can be dropped off 24/7 and
I found this most convenient.

Romaine arranged our travel to Malaysia{Penang,K L and Malacca} for 18 days smoothly and the whole trip proceeded in the same way. Great value and Quality. She specialises in Cruises too!

My Frederick is not the most passive of moggies, and a bit of a fusspot. He always returns from the C.C. in perfect condition and settles in at home very quickly, so I think he enjoys his time there! He has had three stays now and I always feel confident he will be well cared for when I leave him there.
