As an older person, I am seeing Mark for several old injuries to shoulder (rotator cuff) knee and thigh (the latter from Latin dancing). My sister also sees him to help free her up from the tighness and pain caused by degenerative spinal problems whenshe come to Melbourne. We think he is a wonder - his experience and knowledge really outstrip that of any other physio we have been to see. He is also so realistic about how best to rebuild and strengthen muscles around problem joints and tears and one can talk over the pros and cons of surgery verses self management of a condition with confidence that he will give a balanced perspective. He also has excellent skill in releasing tight muscles and ameliorating pain on the spot whilst still guiding you as to what you have to do to improve a condition.
