We really enjoyed our classes with Jo Brimelow in hypnobirthing. We found Jo's approach to be very positive and encouraging. Jo is a lovely teacher to work with, she was able to tailor the classes to our needs, clearly explained the theory and lead us through many practice examples of relaxation, breathing and visualizations.
